འི་དགྲ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མགོ་རྣམས་བཅད་ནས་མཆོག་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲུབ་པོ།། མཐེའུ ཆུང་མཐེ་བོང་དང་སྦྲེལ་བའི།། ལག་གཉིས་སྟེང་དང་འོག་ཏུ་ནི།། དབུས་མ་གསུམ་གྱི་རྩེ་གསུམ་མཚན།། རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་མ་ཞེས་སྒྲུབ་པའོ།། རྡོ་རྗེ་དམ་ཚིག་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཏུམ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དོན་ཡོད པའི་དམ་ཚིག་གོ།རྡོ་རྗེ་པདྨ་མཉམ་གཞག་ནས།། གང་དོར་ཅི་བཞིན་དེ་བཞིན་དུ།། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐོབ་དཀའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱང།། བསྒྲུབ་པ་བཟླས་པས་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད།། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྒྲོལ་ མའོ།། མཛུབ་མོ་བསྡམས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོལ་དགུག། མཐེ་བོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཀབ་པ་སྟེ། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ནོར་བུ་སྟེར།། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནོར་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ།། དེ་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་དམ་པས་བསྒྲུབས པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་རྒྱུད་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ།དེ་ལ་དང་པོར་རཻ་ཞིག་དང་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྒྱ་རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་སྟོད་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཅི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དམ་ཚིག་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མཚན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་དང། གཡོན་པ་དག་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྦྱོར་བས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་སྟོང་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་རྡོ་རྗེ བསྡམས་པ་ནང་དུ་བཅིངས་པས་སོ།། དེ་ལྟར་རང་གི་ཕྱག་མཚན་གྱི་ཁུ་ཚུར་རྡོ་རྗེ་གར་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟོང་དང་པོའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་བརྒྱ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལས་བྱེད་པ་གསུམ་མོ།། དེ་ལྟར་ལག་པ གཡས་པ་དང།གཡོན་པའི་ཅིག་ཤོས་ཀྱིས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟོང་བཞི་པའོ།། དེ་ལྟར་མ་ལུས་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིང་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཅིག་གིས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅིང་བ་ རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པའོ།། དེ་ལྟར་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་དོན་དུ།། འཁོར་དང་དམ་ཚིག་ལས་དད་བཅས།། ཀུན་མཆོག་དབང་ཕྱུག་དམ་པ་ནི།། རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔས་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད།། དེ་ལྟར་གསང་བ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་རྨད་དུ་བྱུང།། མཆོག ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱོར་བྱེད་པ།། མཆོག་དང་པོ་ཡི་བླ་མ་བླ་ན་མེད།། གསལ་བའི་རྒྱུད་ནི་ང་ཡིས་ཡང་དག་བཤད།། དཔལ་མཆོག་དང་པོ་རྟོག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལས་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་རྒྱུད དོ།།།། དེ་ནས་སྟོན་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན།། གསང་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་བདག་བརྟན་པས།། དེ་ཉིད་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་རྒྱུད་ཆེན་པོའི།། མཚོན་ཆ་དམ་པ་འདི་གསུངས་སོ།། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡ

Having cut off the heads of all enemies, may all that is supreme be accomplished. The small finger is connected to the thumb. Both hands are above and below. This is the tantra of the mudra of the collection of all siddhis accomplished by the holy lord of all. First, one "རཻ" (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, raiḥ, meaning "radiance") syllable, the mudra that swiftly accomplishes the first hundred siddhis, is the mudra that swiftly accomplishes, is the great mudra, it transforms upwards. Just as the signs of the samaya mudra, with the great union of the vajras of the right and left hands, it transforms into emptiness, accomplishing the siddhis of all actions, that is, the vajra is bound within. Thus, the first mudra arising from the vajra dance posture of one's own deity, accomplishes a hundred collections of actions, is the three vajra actions. Thus, with the other half of the right and left hands, the action mudra that swiftly accomplishes all actions, is the fourth thousand. Thus, completely binding all mudras, that is, binding all mudras with one hand, is swift accomplishment. Thus, for the benefit of all beings. With retinue and samaya, and faith.
