安乐即是成办者，即使造作罪业，以一切罪过，在任何情况下都不会造成损害，将成就巨大的愿望。一切主宰誓言自在与，一切金刚持之王，一切殊胜自在圣者啊，以事业之众的成就，全部成办故将成就。自己和他人一切增长后，或者对于一切所要成办的，有意义的最殊胜的成就与，一切瑜伽之后成办者，具光辉者夺取一切痛苦者，誓言难以违越者啊。此乃极密薄伽梵金刚萨埵所说。获得金刚等持者，一切成就的一切安乐，降下故金刚弟子，于坛城中体验。之后一切赞叹后，一切佛之自性真实，以金刚之名灌顶故，如来即被授记。彼处此乃一切如来授记之金刚萨埵仪轨，一切佛以大手印，赞叹之何者被授记，彼即一切佛，以金刚名灌顶也。嗡，此我予汝授记，金刚萨埵如来，因存在 अत्यंत सिद्ध (atyanta siddha，完全成就)之故，从有之恶趣中救度汝。हे वज्र नामः तथागत सिद्धि समय स्त्वं भूर् भुव स्वः (嘿，金刚，名字，如来，成就，誓言，你，bhūr bhuva svaḥ，地，空间，天空)。于何者以赞叹此与大手印授记，以极密仪轨所作，彼处金刚萨埵等一切如来与金刚持及菩萨之坛城，一切如来之自誓言之师等，异口同声于无上正等觉中授记之。如此赞叹此之大手印与极密圣成就所加持之此与当信咒力。之后如其所入者等，当赐予一切如来聚集等之舒缓。一切如来与金刚持等所有菩萨
English
Happiness is the accomplisher. Even if one commits sins, with all sins, in any way, it will not cause harm, and great desires will be accomplished. All-ruling Samaya Lord and, King of all Vajradhara, All supreme, holy Lord, By the accomplishment of the host of actions, Accomplishing all will be accomplished. After increasing oneself and all others, Or for all that is to be accomplished, Meaningful, supreme accomplishment and, All yogas, the subsequent accomplisher, Glorious one, who takes away all suffering, The one whose vows are difficult to transgress. This is what the Bhagavan Vajrasattva said, the most secret. By those who hold the Vajra and so on, All the bliss of all accomplishments, By descending, the Vajra disciple, Experiences in the mandala. Then, after praising everything, The very nature of all Buddhas, By empowering with the name of Vajra, The Tathagata is prophesied. There, this is the Vajrasattva ritual for the prophecy of all the Tathagatas. All Buddhas with the great mudra, Whoever is prophesied with praise, That is all the Buddhas, Empowered with the name of Vajra. Om, this I prophesy to you, Vajrasattva Tathagata, Because existence अत्यंत सिद्ध (atyanta siddha, completely accomplished), I will show you from the evil paths of existence. हे वज्र नामः तथागत सिद्धि समय स्त्वं भूर् भुव स्वः (hey vajra nāmaḥ tathāgata siddhi samaya stvaṁ bhūr bhuva svaḥ, Hey Vajra, Name, Tathagata, Accomplishment, Samaya, You, bhūr bhuva svaḥ, Earth, Space, Sky). To whom this praise and the great mudra are prophesied, by the most secret ritual, there Vajrasattva and all the Tathagatas and Vajradhara and the mandala of Bodhisattvas, all the Tathagatas' own samaya masters, etc., unanimously prophesy to unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment. Thus, this great mudra of praise and this most secret holy accomplishment are blessed, and one should have faith in the power of mantra. 之坛城等所有，皆随顺于自之誓言，故于此，迎请、善入、作自在、成办与随成办等之金刚界一切皆成坚固。此之坚固，乃法界一切周遍之故，而皆入。虚空界一切之广大，故于此善住。何为善妙安住者，彼与彼等，皆依于如来一切之自誓言，特意观想如来之体性，如来一切之自誓言之导师，如来一切即是此，如是加持之。如来一切以自誓言之导师，以誓言之同声，对汝等作开许，应信受。此乃如来一切之最极秘密开许。秘密之圣坛城，见与入亦能，定从一切罪业解脱，汝等彼处善安住。此大乐乘中，不再有死亡，以不立足与不毁坏故，如是不畏惧而嬉戏。轮回之痛苦止息，乃轮回极成就之故。导师至尊汝，轮回极成就。此誓言修持之成就，汝应恒常守护。诸佛皆一致宣说，乃圣恒常之教言。仅以生起，即无疑成佛之菩提心，不应舍弃。何为手印金刚，不应诽谤神圣之法，亦永不应舍弃。以不知或愚昧故，不应诽谤之。完全舍弃自身后，不应以苦行而折磨。随适宜而安乐受用，此乃未来圆满佛。金刚铃杵手印等，永不应完全舍弃。不应诽谤导师，此与诸佛无异。与诸佛同等之上师，对导师若有诽谤，彼乃诽谤一切佛，恒常。
English
All the mandalas and so forth, all follow their own vows, therefore, here, the vajra realms of summoning, well entering, making free, accomplishing and following accomplishing, all become firm. This firmness, because all pervades the dharma realm, all enters. The vastness of all the space realms, therefore dwells well here. Whoever dwells well, they and they, all rely on the self-vow of all the Tathagatas, especially visualizing the nature of the Tathagata, the teacher of the self-vow of all the Tathagatas, all the Tathagatas are this, thus blessing. All the Tathagatas, with the teacher of their own vows, with the same voice of the vow, make permission for you, you should believe. This is the supreme secret permission of all the Tathagatas. The secret holy mandala, seeing and entering can also, definitely liberate from all sins, you all dwell well there. In this great bliss vehicle, there is no more death, because of not standing and not destroying, thus play without fear. The suffering of samsara ceases, because samsara is extremely accomplished. Teacher supreme you, samsara is extremely accomplished. This accomplishment of vow practice, you should always protect. All the Buddhas unanimously declared, it is the holy constant teaching. Just by generating, the bodhicitta that is undoubtedly becoming Buddha, should not be abandoned. What is the hand seal vajra, should not slander the holy dharma, and should never be abandoned. Because of ignorance or foolishness, one should not slander it. After completely abandoning oneself, one should not torment oneself with asceticism. Enjoy comfortably as appropriate, this is the future perfect Buddha. Vajra bell, hand seals, etc., should never be completely abandoned. One should not slander the teacher, this is no different from all the Buddhas. The guru who is equal to all the Buddhas, if there is slander to the teacher, he is slandering all the Buddhas, always.
