Grant, may it grant all sentient beings, from all times, in all places, may it grant all accomplishments. The great Vajradhara King, is the master of all worldly freedoms, therefore, this practice should be explained, accomplishment is truly constant. Whoever in this world, obtains truly constant accomplishment, whether it is cast or hammered, or painted or sculpted Vajrapani image, should be explained in detail as it is. This is the great bliss Vajra secret vow of truth, the extensive ritual of accomplishment. Then, all the Blessed Ones Tathagatas, with the wisdom of hand seals, again proclaimed this tantra of accomplishment that accomplishes all hand seals. Every morning, like the initial Vajra great bliss, with this at all times, by summarizing all hand seals, the true vow is bound and accomplished, even without external practice, accomplishment is attained. Then, the Blessed One proclaimed this practice of the secret mantra of the truth of Vajra Dharma. Whether standing or sitting, or abiding in any place, all desire-following yogis, will attain all accomplishments. Then, the Blessed One proclaimed this tantra of the truth of secret actions. Offering with secret supreme dance, or with any suitable offerings, after offering and practicing the protector, quickly attain supreme accomplishment. Then, the tantra of practicing oneself with one's own hand seal: the great hand seal is equal meditation, practice once with one's own heart mantra, stable and very joyful, all desire-following, very joyful then the deity is accomplished. Then, is the accomplishment tantra of singing the letter ཧཱུ~ཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). Possessing decorations such as Ribida, to the best of one's ability and desire, first inviting the Gandharvas, accomplishment is attained with the letter ཧཱུ~ཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). Thus, said the Blessed One, the great desire, the first Vajrasattva Vajradhara Great Being. This is the secret accomplishment practice tantra of great truth. The increase of extremely long life is the great bliss vajra dharma. The increase of extremely young age is the great bliss vajra essence taking. The increase of great form and great splendor is the splendor of the great bliss vajra's form. The increase of all great actions is the great bliss vajra's great action. Protecting all the self-nature of all sentient beings is the great bliss vajra's protection. Binding all directions and corners and mandalas is the great bliss vajra's surrounding, all great vajra nature, the great wrathful king vajra also cannot enter, and it becomes indivisible. Protecting all sins is the great bliss vajra's blessing. Making all of one's own accomplishments or others into vajras is the great bliss vajra armor. Completely victorious from all battles is the great bliss vajra's supreme victory banner arm ornament. Protecting battles is the great bliss's invincibility. Destroying all of others' armies is the vajra great bliss vajra holding. The decay and rise and fall and killing of others' armies is the great bliss vajra's lightning circling. Pacifying all plagues and all diseases and great diseases is the great bliss vajra's seizing. Destroying all poisons and making them non-poisonous is the great bliss vajra's hand seal action. Liberating from all demons is the great bliss vajra's expelling of beings. Liberating all mamos and dakinis and demons, great liberation and destruction and extracting others' hearts and reviving the dead and increasing life, those extremely protected are the great bliss vajra hand seal's reply. 如今所有想要降伏的事物都成就，是因为大乐金刚降伏之故。自身之身、语、意，以金刚见、闻、言、示之觉识成就，是因为修持大乐金刚之自性之故。所有超越过去、未来、现在的一切，以能见圣旨的各种文字，或各种事物，使耳识完全进入，是因为大乐金刚遍知一切之故。所有闪电、雨水、冰雹的降伏，以及摧毁云朵，是因为大乐金刚忿怒之眼观视之故。从所有地底下，生出过去未曾有过的药草等果实，并加以获取；从无水之处生出水之物，并加以获取；于大黑暗中生起大光明，并加以获取；对所有风发布命令，并加以获取；从所有虚空中，看见并获取心中想要的一切事物，是因为大乐金刚法界自在母之故。所有摧毁、僵硬、分裂、昏厥、使入睡、封闭、坠落、迷惑、杀害、以及令其返回，是大乐金刚恶毒金刚手印之故。所有随之生起贪恋、吸引、放入、降伏、束缚、解脱、分裂、坠落、使已坠落者起身、引导、役使、命令差遣、发布命令，以及所有召回、遣送、杀害、复活等事业，所有作为和掌控的修法，是大乐金刚成办一切之故。所有种姓中最上的成就等一切最上的成就，以及所有最上的灌顶等一切，以及所有圆满，和所有随之生起贪恋等安乐，以及所有心安乐完全放入，以及所有大供养等一切事业迅速成就的广大仪轨，是大乐金刚最上成就之故。因此，是大乐金刚秘密誓言，第一最上誓言之事业手印续。

Now, all desired subjugations are accomplished because of the Great Bliss Vajra's subjugation. The accomplishment of seeing, hearing, speaking, and showing awareness of one's own body, speech, and mind through the Vajra is due to meditating on the nature of the Great Bliss Vajra. All that transcends the past, future, and present, with various letters that see the decree, or with all kinds of things, causing the ear consciousness to fully enter, is due to the Great Bliss Vajra knowing all. All the reversing of lightning, rain, and hail, and the destruction of clouds, is due to the wrathful gaze of the Great Bliss Vajra. From beneath all the earth, the emergence of fruits such as herbs that have never appeared before, and obtaining them; the emergence of water from places without water, and obtaining it; generating great light in great darkness, and obtaining it; commanding all the winds, and obtaining them; seeing and obtaining all things desired by the mind from all the sky, is due to the Great Bliss Vajra, the Lady of the Realm of Freedom. All destroying, stiffening, splitting, fainting, causing to fall asleep, sealing, falling, confusing, killing, and causing to return, is due to the Great Bliss Vajra's venomous Vajra Mudra. All that arises in attachment, attracting, placing, subduing, binding, liberating, splitting, falling, raising the fallen, guiding, enslaving, commanding and dispatching, issuing commands, and all actions such as recalling, sending away, killing, and reviving, all the practices of acting and controlling, are due to the Great Bliss Vajra accomplishing all. All supreme accomplishments, such as the supreme accomplishments of all lineages, and all supreme empowerments, and all perfections, and all happiness such as arising in attachment, and all mental happiness fully placed, and the vast ritual for the swift accomplishment of all actions such as all great offerings, is due to the Great Bliss Vajra's supreme accomplishment. Therefore, this is the Great Bliss Vajra's secret oath, the first supreme oath's action hand seal tantra.
