It is the retinue of king and ministers, etc. To make all sentient beings flourish, it is the mudra of Vajra Dakini. To draw in and exhale all hearts, it is by reciting with the mind. To devour all sentient beings, it is by rising and reciting swiftly. To make all sentient beings frightened, it is the mudra of Vajra Bhairava. To attract all wealth, it is by reciting with gold. To attract all wealth and grains, it is the mudra of Vajra Yogini. To make all follow with attachment, it is by reciting while playing the lute and singing the song of Kakala. To pierce all and make them follow with attachment, it is the mudra of the Vajra arrow. To make all attached, it is by pleasing the Tathagatas of all directions. To make the bonds of suffering firm, it is by squeezing the heart firmly. To thoroughly subdue the unruly, it is by Vajra pride. To seize all ornaments, it is by seizing with a burning gaze. To make all content, it is by placing the Vajra fist at the heart. To turn darkness into light, it is by turning the Vajra to face east. To make the body comfortable, it is by reciting one's own name. To make all forms appear, it is the supreme mudra of Vajra form. To make all sounds heard, it is by the Vajra lute. For various fragrant scents, it is by the song of exhaling through the nose. To transfer all food and drink and all essence, it is Vajra transfer. For all descents, it is by the recitation of equal palms, bells, and songs. To make all enter into dance, it is by dancing oneself and reciting. To make all enter into song, it is by moving the tongue and reciting. To make all enter into speech, it is by the Vajra lips. To make all descend and show response, it is Vajra descent. To liberate all demons from it, it is the mudra of the Vajra sprout. To make all demons be seized, it is by reciting with the wrath of Ganapati, who is exceedingly delighted. To make all plagues be seized, it is by the Vajra plague demon. To eliminate all plagues, it is by eliminating with the Vajra gaze.
