In all directions of the earth, reside in the form of the great mandala of Vajrasattva, and the eight great Bodhisattvas smile greatly and reside in the eight directions of the outer mandala. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata Vairochana, having entered the samadhi called "Vajra Mandala of Blessing by All Tathagatas," spoke this great samaya great mandala called "Suchness Vajra of All Tathagatas." In the form of the great mandala of Vajrasattva, draw the outer mandala, and in its center draw a wheel of three circles, and then directly in front of the Bhagavan, place a lotus flower of various kinds in full bloom, with the Bhagavan Tathagata Great Constant made of earth etc. at the center of its wheel.

In order to protect all vows, through non-conceptual yoga, everything should be done as is comfortable. Thus it is said. Then, when the four signs arrive, one should bestow according to what is appropriate and according to one's share. The mandala of the great vow. Then comes the practice: On cloth, one should draw the Bhagavan Vairochana, smiling, and holding the fist mudra of all the Tathagatas. All other things should be done in the manner of the mandala of the great vow. Then, similarly, the supreme hero should be practiced, and the supreme accomplishments are also the same. Furthermore, having drawn the Bhagavan, the solitary hero, on cloth, and having recited the vajra words a hundred thousand times in front of it, and continuously reciting at night while holding the wisdom fist, one will obtain the Prajnaparamita, and all accomplishments will be achieved, and one will become a Bodhisattva, and then one will become a Tathagata. Then, even without practice, merely entering the mandala will accomplish all actions, that is to say: To offer to all the Tathagatas, by offering all the bliss of the Tathagatas. To offer to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, by offering oneself. To offer to the Three Jewels, by reciting with flowers and so on. To offer to all sentient beings, by reciting with love for all. To gather all dharmas, by reciting the four lines of the Prajnaparamita. To subdue all demons, by reciting with steadfastness and certainty. To obtain the empowerment of all the Tathagatas, by offering all ornaments and binding oneself. To obtain all dharmata, by looking at the vajra lotus. To obtain the karmic accomplishment of all the Tathagatas, through the supreme of all vajra actions. To fully obtain Buddhahood, through the great mudra of the suchness of the vajra wisdom fist. From the Great King of Tantras, the Vajra Amoghasamadhi of Great Bliss, the King of Tantras called the Vajra Samaya of Suchness of all the Tathagatas is completed. The Emanation of the Tathagatas.

The Tathagata Shakyamuni, the subduer of all, also spoke of this practice of the Prajnaparamita, called "Gathering Victory through the Equality of All Dharmas." The absence of elaboration of attachment is the absence of elaboration of hatred. The absence of elaboration of hatred is the absence of elaboration of delusion. The absence of elaboration of delusion is the absence of elaboration of all dharmas. Because of the absence of elaboration of all dharmas, one should understand that the Prajnaparamita is also without elaboration. Vajrapani, whoever listens to, upholds, recites, and meditates on this manner of the Prajnaparamita, by the power of his subduing, even if he kills all sentient beings born in the three realms, he will not be born in the lower realms, but will quickly manifest the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment, and increase greatly. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani extensively showed the meaning of this Dharma nature, and bound the Samadhi mudra called "Vajra Victorious over the Three Worlds." With a wrathful expression, eyebrows furrowed, eyes blazing, a lotus face wrathful and laughing, baring his teeth, standing with his right leg bent, from that place he spoke this essence called Vajra Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Then, as soon as this was spoken, all the lords of the three worlds, including the Lord of Desire of all the three worlds, were truly summoned and made to fall, placed in the mandala, and made victorious. Bound, controlled, subdued, and further subdued, raised up and again bound by oath, the great Lord of the three worlds, the Great自在天 (Great自在天), together with his consort, were placed under his two feet and suppressed. Then, they proclaimed a great sound in all the three worlds, saying: "O Great Vajradhara, please protect us! Do not torment us! Here, we take refuge in you! We will also carry out your vows and commands!" All the mamos were also subdued and bound by oath, and the mandala was also destroyed. All the mudras and vows were also torn and destroyed.
