To make arise from everything the food of the gods, drinks, clothes, ornaments, dwelling places, young girls, and men and women, male servants and female servants, is the water of merit of the Great Bliss Vajra Samaya. To show the four divisions of the army in battle and to wage war, is the Vajra Great Bliss Vow. To show all illusions, is the Vajra Hevajra. To perform all the actions of Hevajra, is the action of the Vajra Illusion. To show all wonders and miracles, is the Vajra Wonder of Miraculous Emanation. 是金刚成就。置于水上，自身示现众多形相之物，隐身，于虚空行走之成就，是金刚秘密成就之手印。役使诸天等一切，是金刚秘密之教敕。摄受一切有情，是金刚秘密之威权。牵引、降伏一切非行者，令说真语，是金刚秘密大成就之手印。降伏一切影像，勾招，令欢喜，令作舞，令普皆嬉戏，令作一切教敕，令持一切而来，令作一切事业，是成就大乐金刚誓言。令一切随顺爱乐，是大乐金刚意生。令一切行者与非行者处于顶峰，是金刚吉里吉里的秘密。令一切稳固，是金刚摩羯鱼之手印。令一切勇猛，是金刚忿怒。遮止恶梦，是金刚语。令他人见自所欲之梦，是金刚见梦。摧毁一切恶梦，是金刚烧施。成办与稳固一切善梦，是金刚梦成就。息除一切疾病与损害，是金刚药。摧毁一切瘟疫，是金刚精要。摧毁非时而死，是金刚愤怒。摧毁地狱等一切恶趣，是金刚破罪。成办一切身，是金刚身之殊胜。成办一切语，是以自舌示现过去、未来、现在一切事物真实的金刚秘密舌之殊胜。成办一切意，是金刚生起一切意。一切金刚之成就，是极清净之金刚。令一切坛城入于极，是金刚轮。束缚一切手印

It is the accomplishment of Vajra. Placing it on water, showing oneself as many forms, invisibility, the accomplishment of walking in the sky, is the mudra of Vajra secret accomplishment. To command all the gods and so on, is the command of Vajra secret. To subdue all sentient beings is by the power of Vajra secret. To lead and subdue all non-goers, and to make them speak the truth, is the mudra of the great accomplishment of Vajra secret. To subdue all images, to summon, to make them happy, to make them dance, to make them play everywhere, to make them do all commands, to make them bring everything, to make them do all deeds, is to accomplish the great bliss Vajra vow. To make everything follow and love, is the great bliss Vajra mind-born. To place all goers and non-goers at the peak, is the secret of Vajra Kilikila. To make everything stable, is the mudra of Vajra Makara. To make everything brave, is Vajra Wrathful. To avert bad dreams, is Vajra speech. To make others see the dreams they desire, is Vajra seeing dreams. To destroy all bad dreams, is Vajra burnt offering. To accomplish and stabilize all good dreams, is Vajra dream accomplishment. To eliminate all diseases and harms, is Vajra medicine. To destroy all plagues, is Vajra essence. To destroy untimely death, is Vajra Wrathful. To destroy all evil destinies such as hell, is Vajra breaking sins. To accomplish all bodies, is the supreme of Vajra body. To accomplish all speech, is the supreme of Vajra secret tongue, which shows the truth of all things past, future, and present with one's own tongue. To accomplish all minds, is Vajra generating all minds. The accomplishment of all Vajras is the utterly pure Vajra. To make all mandalas enter into the extreme, is Vajra wheel. Binding all mudras.
