所有逝者的身、语、意，被金刚加持的所有誓言勇识，所有灌顶，以及遍知一切的禅定，从中生出一切最殊胜者，调伏一切三界，能自在一切者，布施者满足一切愿望，以广大成就之最胜观察一切如来，祈请！乃至轮回未空之际，亦能成办有情最胜义利。有情界无边无际，为令诸佛子欲得轮回，为令摧毁轮回之过患，为令增长广大的安乐，请赐予我宣说秘密胜妙之悟性的随许。然后，薄伽梵如来以无有任何遮障之法性而特别观照，并安住于名为大悲之种种金刚的禅定中，为了圆满成办一切应调伏者的心愿，为了完全守护一切，为了圆满利益、安乐和成就，以及为了成为智慧、事业和殊胜成就之因，所有如来皆获得自身和大金刚持，殊胜成就之义，大乐金刚之初，一切如来之转轮者，即是一切如来身之鬘的顶髻灌顶所灌顶者。然后，薄伽梵大金刚持为了获得无余无尽的大乐最胜成就等一切成就，结跏趺坐，身躯正直，左手作禅定印，右手高举金刚杵，于自身心间执持最初金刚最胜之结合，名为大乐金刚，此乃一切手印之身语意所生。嗡 嘛哈苏卡 班杂 萨埵 扎 吽 班 霍 苏惹达 斯瓦 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。然后仅仅取出，一切如来便降临，所有如来所持之拳，再次变为大菩提。

To the body, speech, and mind of all the Sugatas, to all the Samaya-sattvas blessed by the Vajra, to all the empowerments, and to the Samadhi of omniscience, from which arises all that is most excellent, who subdues all three realms, who is the master of all, the giver who fulfills all desires, I pray to the Thus-gone One who examines all the supreme of vast accomplishments! As long as samsara is not empty, may I accomplish the supreme benefit of sentient beings. Since the realm of sentient beings is limitless, and for the sake of the Bodhisattvas who desire samsara, in order to destroy the faults of samsara, and in order to increase great bliss, please grant me the permission to speak of the supreme secret understanding. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, with particular contemplation on the unobstructed nature of all dharmas, entered into the Samadhi called the various Vajras of great compassion for all those to be tamed, in order to completely fulfill all the thoughts of all sentient beings without exception, to completely protect all, to fully accomplish all benefit, happiness, and attainments, and to become the cause of wisdom, action, and supreme accomplishment, all the Tathagatas obtained themselves and the great Vajradhara, the meaning of supreme accomplishment, the first Vajra of great bliss, the wheel-turner of all the Tathagatas, who is empowered by the crest jewel of the garland of the bodies of all the Tathagatas. Then, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, in order to obtain all attainments, including the supreme attainment of great bliss without remainder, assumed the posture of a Bodhisattva, straightened his body, made the gesture of meditation with his left hand, raised the Vajra with his right hand, and held the supreme union of the first Vajra at his own heart, called the Great Bliss Vajra, which arose from the body, speech, and mind of all the mudras. Oṃ Mahāsukha Vajrasattva Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ Suratastavaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Then, as soon as it was taken out, all the Tathagatas came, and all the fists held by all the Tathagatas again became great Bodhi.

完全圆满后，他们就显现出大笑。所有世界都随着震动而完全清净。三界的一切广大显现也都变成了世尊的大坛城。由此，一切众生都获得了安乐和悦乐。然后，大金刚持进入了从一切如来之义利且无碍中显现的金刚大印三摩地，并压伏了名为大乐金刚誓言的事物。从他的所有身中，生出了所有成就，以及给予安乐和悦乐、恒常相随、一同享用的大乐金刚誓言勇士，并将他们遣往一切方向。前方是金刚秘密意生，右方是金刚吉利吉利，后方是欲金刚，左方是金刚弯曲。四隅是供养天女们。外围的四隅是天女们。守门者是金刚钩、索、锁和铃。外围是金刚守门众、使者和仆役们。然后，世尊如来结了一切如来的拳印，进入了名为一切如来菩提金刚的三摩地，并祈请世尊金刚萨埵大金刚持：为了众生的一切安乐，请您示现伟大的胜者。那些无贪者也贪着，甚至享用自己的明妃。因此，我向您祈请。大乐金刚大，是秘密觉悟的成就，请您宣说最殊胜的调伏。然后，世尊以义利且无碍之语，压伏了名为一切大乐成就调伏金刚欲之最胜的事物，并宣说了这个名为金刚大秘密誓言的大坛城。然后是真实宣说，此乃伟大的神圣坛城，是至高无上的大乐金刚。

Having been completely perfected, they manifested great laughter. All the realms of the world became completely purified with shaking. All the vast manifestations of the three realms also became the great mandala of the Bhagavan. By this, all sentient beings obtained happiness and joy. Then, the Great Vajradhara entered the samadhi of the Great Vajra Mudra, which manifested from the meaning and unobstructedness of all the Tathagatas, and subdued the thing called Great Bliss Vajra Samaya. From all of his bodies, all the accomplishments were born, as well as the Great Bliss Vajra Samaya Heroes who give happiness and joy, are constantly connected, and enjoy together, and sent them out in all directions. In front is the Vajra Secret Mind-Born, on the right is Vajra Kili Kili, behind is Desire Vajra, on the left is Vajra Bent. In the corners are the offering goddesses. In the corners of the outer circle are the goddesses. The gatekeepers are Vajra Hook, Rope, Chain, and Bell. Outside are the Vajra Gatekeeper assembly, messengers, and servants. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata bound the fist of all the Tathagatas, entered the samadhi called All Tathagata Bodhi Vajra, and prayed to the Bhagavan Vajrasattva Great Vajradhara: For the sake of all the happiness of sentient beings, please manifest the great victor. Those without attachment are also attached, and even enjoy their own consorts. Therefore, I pray to you. Great Bliss Vajra Great, is the accomplishment of secret realization, please declare the most supreme taming. Then, the Bhagavan, with meaningful and unobstructed speech, subdued the thing called the most supreme of all Great Bliss Accomplishment Taming Vajra Desire, and declared this great mandala called the Great Secret Vajra Samaya. Then is the true declaration, this is the great sacred mandala, the supreme Great Bliss Vajra.
