那巴。顶礼导师时,触碰额头,应知这是回礼。眉毛的转动,是所有佛陀安住的象征。右手成就虚空行,左手是彻底胜利之尊。是自生者的象征之印。双眼转动而成就,左眼是善良的女子,右眼是善良的男子。触碰耳朵的象征,左右都是如此。右手是善妙的听取,左手是善妙的讲述。鼻孔的两个象征,是所有佛陀安住之处。右手请求我香,左手请求我气味。舌头做舔舐状,安住于象征的手印中。右手是肉的手印,左手是酒的手印。用右边和左边的牙齿,紧紧地压住嘴唇,左边接触女子则快乐,右边同样是男子。触摸阴处也是如此,安住于象征的手印中。是无上大乘的一切思辨,讲述之殊胜。于心间向上提拉,是自生手印的象征成就。提拉一切金刚,是极其收摄轮回。触碰肚脐的中央,安住于象征的手印中。以精勤修持中脉,是**法轮**(梵文:Dharmacakra,梵文罗马拟音:Dharmacakra,汉语字面意思:佛法之轮)之大中央。竖立自己的**权**(梵文,Adhikāra,梵文罗马拟音:Adhikāra,汉语字面意思:权力,能力),是自生者们的象征之印。由此以如是之乐,将获得一切佛陀。双肩皆赞颂,安住于象征的手印中。右手是勾招的手印,左手是遣回的手印。左右双臂,拥抱我的手印,右手成就一切,左手成就一切自在。左右两个拳头,握拳并解开,右手是增长的种植手印,左手是放开人们。双腿紧紧收拢,左右都是如此,左腿精勤于欲望,右腿精勤于佛法。膝盖骨的象征,左右都是如此,左腿是屈服的手印,右腿是极度屈服。左右两个膝盖的象征。

Napa. When paying homage to the teacher, touching the forehead should be known as a return greeting. The movement of the eyebrows is a symbol of the dwelling of all Buddhas. The right hand accomplishes going in the sky, the left hand is the supreme of complete victory. It is the seal of the symbol of the self-born ones. The two eyes move and accomplish, the left eye is a good woman, the right eye is a good man. The symbol of touching the ears, both left and right are the same. The right hand is the excellent listening, the left hand is the excellent speaking. The two symbols of the nostrils are the dwelling place of all Buddhas. The right hand asks me for incense, the left hand asks me for fragrance. The tongue makes a licking gesture, abiding in the symbolic mudra. The right hand is the mudra of meat, the left hand is the mudra of alcohol. With the right and left teeth, tightly pressing the lips, the left side is happy when touching a woman, the right side is the same for a man. Touching the secret place is also the same, abiding in the symbolic mudra. It is the supreme of all speculations of the unsurpassed Mahayana, the excellence of speaking. Pulling upwards at the heart, it is the accomplishment of the symbol of the self-born mudra. Pulling all the vajras, it is extremely gathering samsara. Touching the center of the navel, abiding in the symbolic mudra. By diligently practicing the central channel, it is the great center of the Dharma wheel. Erecting one's own power, it is the seal of the symbol of the self-born ones. From this, with such bliss, all Buddhas will be attained. Both shoulders are praised, abiding in the symbolic mudra. The right hand is the mudra of summoning, the left hand is the mudra of sending back. Both the right and left arms, the mudra of embracing me, the right hand accomplishes everything, the left hand accomplishes all power. Both the right and left fists, holding the fist and releasing it, the right hand is the mudra of increasing planting, the left hand is releasing the people. The two thighs are tightly gathered, both right and left are the same, the left thigh is diligent in desire, the right thigh is diligent in Dharma. The symbol of the kneecap, both right and left are the same, the left thigh is the mudra of submission, the right thigh is extreme submission. The symbol of both the right and left knees.

于广大处安住,右为束缚之手印,左手一切皆解脱,双足压于大地之上,右与左亦如是,左足压制一切,右足彻底摧毁,是为“阿底布”之表示,此乃示现顶礼之意。所谓“扎底 嗡 德 菩(藏文:པྲ་ཏི་ཨོཾ་དྷི་བྷུ་,梵文天城体:प्रति ओṃ धि भु,梵文罗马拟音:prati oṃ dhi bhu,汉语字面意思:回应 嗡 德 菩)”,应知是为回礼。成就事业与安乐,无有以此不能成就者。自身利益之事,无论修何法,皆能无余成就。此乃知晓表示之手印。于彼处坛城, 如仪轨般,观想甘露旋转后,于四方坛城之平坦处,如仪轨般涂抹大小便后,令悦意弟子持线,四面与四方,以及四门亦应安立。中央极为圆形,以四线安立九宫格。四方与中央五处,安置五部本尊父母,于隅角安置内眷属,如慈氏等。与父母一同,中庭普贤父母,以及六能仁、十六菩萨等。四门安置八门神父母。忿怒尊坛城亦如是,智者应于九宫格中观察。应具足两个中庭。木橛、丝线、兵器之物,应以方便观想庄严。以具足莲花标志之颅碗,书写具足威严之文字,亦应安置智慧光明之光芒。观想身语意之自性。啊里嘎里(藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱི་ལི་,梵文天城体:आलि किलि,梵文罗马拟音:āli kili,汉语字面意思:阿利 嘎利)共同结合,应融入虚空之口中。于其下书写诸图像,一切文字皆应书写。以弯曲之笔画使其柔软,文字“ra”则作嫩芽状,头顶之圆圈如半月,两点如两个半月。此乃一切佛之,不变殊胜之手印,宣说为佛陀威严之自性。嗡 啊 吽 梭哈(藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ओṃ आः हूँ स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 吽 梭哈)。嗡(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओṃ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡)乃一切善逝之身,啊(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊)乃持法者之语,吽(藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)乃一切佛之意,梭(藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:梭)能令功德如意增长,哈(藏文:ཧཱ,梵文天城体:हा,梵文罗马拟音:hā,汉语字面意思:哈)能令事业无碍。五部中法界佛皆集聚,文字亦是不变胜妙。书写金刚萨埵威严之神之,赞颂与名号,能从一切罪业中

Abiding in the vast expanse, the right hand is the mudra of binding, the left hand completely liberates all, both feet press upon the earth, the right and left are likewise, the left foot suppresses all, the right foot utterly destroys, this is the indication of "Atipu," which shows the meaning of prostration. Accomplishments, activities, and happiness, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished by this. Whatever activities for one's own benefit are performed, all will be accomplished without exception. This is knowing the mudra of indication. In that mandala, Like the ritual, after meditating on the swirling nectar, on the flat surface of the square mandala, after smearing with excrement and urine as in the ritual, let a pleasing disciple hold the line, the four faces and the four directions, and the four doors should also be established. The center is extremely round, with four lines establishing nine sections. In the four directions and the five centers, arrange the five Buddha families, father and mother, in the corners place the inner consorts, such as Maitreya and others. Together with the fathers and mothers, the middle courtyard, Samantabhadra father and mother, and the six Thubpas, sixteen Bodhisattvas, etc. At the four doors, place the eight doorkeepers, father and mother. The wrathful deity mandala is also like that, the wise should examine the nine sections. It should have two middle courtyards. Stakes, threads, and implements of weapons, should be meditated upon and adorned with skillful means. With a skull cup marked with a lotus, write letters endowed with glory, and also place the light of clear wisdom. Meditate on the nature of body, speech, and mind. Ali Kali (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱི་ལི་,梵文天城体:आलि किलि,梵文罗马拟音:āli kili,汉语字面意思:Ali Kali) combined together, should be absorbed into the mouth of space. Below that, write all the images, all the letters should be written. Make them soft with curved strokes, the letter "ra" should be like a sprout, the circle on the head like a crescent moon, the two dots like two half moons. This is the unchanging and supreme mudra of all Buddhas, it is declared to be the nature of the glory of the Buddhas.
