Raising and discarding in the manner of holding a wheel, that is, cutting off everything and what is being cut off. This is the vajra of the Great Vajra Wrathful One. The right-hand vajra subdues and unites, unfolding and waving the three banners. With the thumbs and index fingers bound in a vajra, the ring fingers born from the vajra are joined together, and the little fingers are opened. This accomplishes everything, makes it completely victorious, destroys all malice, and subdues everything. This is the explanation of the Vajrasattva empowerment. For all the Vajra families, the vajra is held in equal palms, with two fingers hanging the streamers, the thumb and ring finger are the vajra, and the empowerment is given by completely encircling. The burning five-pronged vajra should be held in the hand. By offering whatever is available to the teacher, all the supreme and perfect siddhis will be accomplished, so said the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. The vajra mudra arises from Vajra Tirintiri, which accomplishes all that is meaningful. Then the four karma mudras are the goddesses of the samaya mudra. Then the Bhagavan's karma samaya is that the left vajra fist subdues and accomplishes everything, and the right vajra fist raises the vajra, which causes everything to faint, burn, incinerate, fall, increase, kill, awaken, completely triumph over the three realms, and for all that is stable and moving, certainly unite, accomplish all siddhis and supreme things. Then the karma mudra is the vajra fist with the threatening finger, the finger is the vajra fist of the wrathful one. These are the karma samaya mudras. With two fingers, hook everything. At the heart, the other hand and the right hand cut off all malice. With a knot at the brow, the right hand hooks the wrathful one, thereby hooking everything and causing it to enter. Shoot the arrow with emptiness. Similarly, with the combination of the three-pronged vajra and other vajra dances, throw one's own mudra upwards. The karma samaya mudra is thrown upwards.
