For the sake of accomplishment, mutually also the self of permanence, will become accomplished as the Tathagata. This is what the Bhagavan Vajrasattva said, which is extremely profound secret, extremely accomplished. So, how to follow and accomplish all mudras and yogas? The mudra body is for stability, and that also becomes stable through bliss, does it waver due to suffering? Or will one obtain death. That is, yoga arises from the mind, it is well accomplished with mental bliss, does it waver with mental displeasure? Or will one obtain cessation. Therefore, with all effort, one follows and accomplishes the mudra yoga, there is no asceticism, and no determination, one should accomplish with ease and joy. This is what the Bhagavan Vajrasattva said, which is extremely profound secret. So, what is the bliss of following and accomplishing the yoga of all vows? Enjoying all desires, by relying on whatever is desired, with the yoga of one's own deity, offering to oneself and others. This is (the bliss of following and accomplishing the yoga of all vows). The yoga of the great perfection of the supreme secret of all Tathagatas, the unsurpassable Mahayana, the great yoga of the Mahayana, is called the Bhagavan Vajrasattva Supreme Bliss. So, what is the yoga of following and accomplishing all vows? With the unbearable faults of asceticism, one dries up quickly due to being endowed with suffering, the mind becomes distracted due to suffering, and it is not a union for yoga. Therefore, one acts as one pleases, eats everything, thus does everything, acts on whatever one pleases, acts as one pleases. Wherever there is attachment, or laughter or speech, it is the same wherever it is. Has one not entered the mandala? Or is one endowed with all obscurations? The yoga of one's own deity, I, also transforms in the same way with words. With this very yoga, everything can be accomplished. All evil deeds and sins, in all aspects, cannot harm. The self of all great desires, will accomplish supreme mastery. The king of all Vajradharas, the supreme master of all.

O Valiant One! If this yoga is easy to attain, then what need is there to mention looking to others for the assemblies of accomplishments and supreme actions? It accomplishes the ultimate meaningfulness and subsequently accomplishes all mudras. This glorious yoga, which steals away all suffering, is the supreme immutable. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, supremely blissful. How, then, are all yogas bound? Without thinking, speak all; likewise, having thought of all, meditate solely on wisdom; enter into samadhi in one's own nature. How, then, are all yogas bound and prophesied? Through the union with one's own deity, by thoroughly uniting all attainments, in this union with wisdom alone, it is said to be yoga. This is the ritual of yoga for all mudras, exceedingly secret. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of binding and prophesying all yoga, great yoga, and exceedingly great yoga. By uniting myself, Vajrasattva, by subsequently uniting all offerings, this thoroughly uniting all yogas is said to be yoga. Therein, it should be said thus: this great Suchness is accomplished; the nature of the supreme is exceedingly secret; it is not spoken to ordinary individuals. The Vajra Master, supreme disciple, and those who follow with faith, are given all yoga rituals; others are given them gradually. In this, there is nothing that is not accomplished; by subsequently accomplishing all attainments, actions, and bliss through yoga, it accomplishes all that is immutable. If this clear yoga ritual is possessed by even one person, they will not be overcome or killed by others, nor will they be oppressed by demons, etc. That one becomes the king, the Vajra Holder, the Vajrasattva Tathagata, a master of yoga who has perfectly accomplished all supreme great attainments. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. From the glorious first one, the exceedingly secret ritual of all yogas is exceedingly secret. Thereafter, all thoughts are meaningful and unobstructed, supremely wise, subtle, vast, and profound, inconceivable.

Without being pervasive and extremely immeasurable, all supreme accomplishments, such as all that is without remainder and without leaving anything behind, can be well accomplished. Now I shall explain the tantra of the supremely accomplished hand seal. This is called the Wisdom Tantra of All Hand Seals, spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. With the left leg placed on the thigh, the lotus of the foot placed as is comfortable, bind the vajra posture. Hold your own body upright. Conquer all with the power of the vajra, for the sake of all supreme accomplishments. With the vajra of body, speech, and mind, one transforms into Vajrasattva himself. This is Vajrasattva, or the Buddha himself is the radiant one. He is the lord of all accomplishments, and will be accomplished in this very life. This is spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, the steadfast essence of all. Even without entering the mandala, if the great mudra is fully grasped, all Sugatas will also make offerings and show reverence with the mudra. Whoever sees this, prostrates, praises, and makes offerings, seeing the teacher and prostrating, that person will make offerings to the lord. The great desire for all accomplishments, the great abundance of bliss, the great power, will be accomplished by the great mudra, like a second Vajrasattva. All accomplishments such as the gods, and the happiness of all actions, through the blessings of the great mudra, especially enter. There is nothing that he cannot accomplish. Accomplishment of actions and such bliss, through the blessings of the great mudra, through the power of practice, all excellence arises. Then, the vows, dharma, actions of all the great mandalas of all the great Bodhisattvas such as Vajrasattva without beginning or end, and without fail, summoning, entering, descending, following, controlling, and accomplishing everything, all the great vow mudras of all supreme accomplishments, are called the Great Bliss Vajra Secret Vow. The binding of it is as follows: with all fingers joined together, it is called the Vajra Palm. With all excellence bound within, this is the explanation of the Vajra Binding. Vajra Binding
