应当恒常依止一切地之殊胜思念的大秘密誓言。其中，如今为了你，为了迅速获得政权安乐，为了行作广大的痛苦，这是殊胜安乐的殊胜方便，应当恒常生起此誓言。对于一切欲妙受用，随心所欲地享用，以自之本尊瑜伽，供养自他。是一切如来无上最极秘密大乘之极大的誓言瑜伽，是薄伽梵之誓言。如是一切如来亦不违越，故宣说为手印之誓言，为了意之身稳固之缘故。此乃极密薄伽梵金刚萨埵所说。其中，应当宣说此：乃至轮回存在之处，殊胜智者安住之时，乃至能为无等众生之义利，不入涅槃。秘密殊胜誓言方便，福德加持成就，恒常一切悉地自在，乃是成办众生义利。此誓言能成办殊胜，随所安乐而能成办，即使行作罪业，一切罪恶，以任何方式亦不能损害，能成就广大的欲求。是一切主宰誓言自在，以及一切金刚持王，是一切殊胜自在殊胜者。以事业之众的悉地，无余成办故能成就，以增长自他一切，或者对于一切所成办，有意义地殊胜成就，以及随顺成办一切瑜伽，是具德能夺取一切痛苦者，是难以违越之誓言。此乃极密薄伽梵金刚萨埵所说。以获得执持金刚等，一切悉地之安乐，降伏故金刚阿阇黎，于坛城中受用。其后以赞叹一切，乃是一切佛之自性真实，以金刚之名灌顶，如来则作授记。其中，此乃一切如来授记之金刚萨埵仪轨。
English
One should always rely on the great secret of the vow of the supreme thought of all the lands. Therein, for you now, in order to quickly obtain the happiness of power, in order to perform great suffering, this is the supreme means of supreme happiness, this vow should always be generated. For all desirable enjoyments, while relying on whatever is desired, with the yoga of one's own deity, one should make offerings to oneself and others. It is the vow yoga of the great secret supreme of the unsurpassable great vehicle of all the Tathagatas, it is the vow of the Bhagavan. Thus, all the Tathagatas also do not transgress, therefore it is proclaimed as the vow of the mudra, for the sake of the stability of the body of mind. This is what the supremely secret Bhagavan Vajrasattva said. Therein, this should be spoken: As long as there is a place of samsara, when the supreme wise one abides, as long as it is possible to work for the benefit of unequaled sentient beings, not entering nirvana. Secret supreme vow means, merit blessed accomplished, always all siddhis are sovereign, it is to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. This vow can accomplish the supreme, it can accomplish whatever is comfortable, even if one commits sins, all sins, in any way, cannot harm, it can accomplish great desires. It is the sovereign of all, the lord of vows, and the king who holds all vajras, it is the supreme sovereign supreme. By the siddhi of the multitude of actions, it can be accomplished by accomplishing without remainder, by increasing all self and others, or for all that is to be accomplished, meaningfully supremely accomplished, and following and accomplishing all yogas, it is the glorious one who can take away all suffering, it is a vow that is difficult to transgress. This is what the supremely secret Bhagavan Vajrasattva said. By obtaining and holding the vajra and so on, all the happiness of all siddhis, by subduing, the vajra acharya, experiences in the mandala. Then, by praising all, it is the very nature of all Buddhas, by empowering with the name of the vajra, the Tathagata then makes a prophecy. Therein, this is the Vajrasattva ritual of the prophecy of all the Tathagatas.

That. The great mudra of all Buddhas. Whoever is praised is prophesied. That is all the Buddhas themselves. Empowered with the name of Vajra. Om, I prophesy you. Vajrasattva Tathagata. Because existence is extremely accomplished. You will be shown from the evil destinies of existence. Hevajranāmaḥtathāgatasiddhisamayasvaṃbhūrbhuvasvaḥ. Whoever is praised with this, and prophesied with the great mudra, performed with the supremely secret ritual, to that Vajrasattva and all the Tathagatas, and the Bodhisattva mandala including Vajradhara, the teachers of their own vows of all the Tathagatas, unanimously prophesy the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Thus, this praise, the great mudra, and this which is blessed by the supremely secret and sacred accomplishment, one should have faith in this and the power of mantra. Then, to those who have entered as it should be. One should give the relief of gathering all the Tathagatas and so on. All the Tathagatas, including Vajradhara, and all the Bodhisattva mandalas, all of them are attached to their own vows, so all the Vajra realms of inviting, dwelling, controlling, accomplishing, and following accomplishment are firm. This firmness is because the entire Dharma realm is pervasive and universally entered. Because of the vastness of the entire space realm, they dwell well here. Those who dwell well, they rely on the self-vow of all the Tathagatas, so they especially focus on the Tathagata itself, and the teachers of the self-vow of all the Tathagatas bless them with the words "All the Tathagatas are this." The teachers of the self-vow of all the Tathagatas relieve you with the unanimous voice of the vow, you should have faith in this. This is the supremely secret relief of all the Tathagatas. In the secret mandala
