Buddhas and others arise from it, all the Dharma wheels are the supreme method of subduing beings. In order to subdue various kinds of beings, please carefully depict their sitting posture. In the form of a great mandala, on that auspicious lotus, subduing in a way that completely purifies all beings. In order to show the supreme of the lotus family, all the Buddhas offered prayers. Then, subduing all beings, holding the extremely white Dharma, the Vajra Dharma is the self-existent king. The Lord of the World issued the command. On the outer great mandala, draw eight-petaled lotuses. In the center of that lotus, draw the smiling, laughing Lord of the World. That lotus, like refined gold, observes with a left-glancing posture. Adorned with various victory banners, the supreme body of the Buddhas resides on the crown of the head. On all sides of that lotus, draw eight Buddha images. Carefully observe the great lotus in your own meditation, and the meditation itself. Beside the image of the Lord of the World, observe the images of the Buddhas and other families. Peaceful, desireless son of Brahma, the form of desire has a lotus. The crown of the head shines, raising the neck, Hayagriva binds with an iron hook, and invites with the words of Dharma. Then, the essence of the lotus: sarva tathāgata padma jaḥ hūṃ vajrapadma (सर्वतथागतपद्म जः हुं वज्रपद्म，sarvatathāgatapadma jaḥ hūṃ vajrapadma，all tathagata lotus born hūṃ vajra lotus). he padma (हे पद्म，he padma，hey lotus). padma baṃ (पद्म बं，padma baṃ，lotus baṃ). ho padma ni rāja (हो पद्म नि राज，ho padma ni rāja，ho lotus ni rāja). After hearing the mudra of the dharani, joyfully accomplish holding the lotus. 雅萨贝萨玛耶尔瓦达比希郭米。 匝 吽 榜 霍。 秀达亚萨瓦萨达亚瓦玛美。 玛哈班匝达拉斯德旺。此后世间怙主胜，世间执持自降临，世间皆胜成就之，三摩地仪轨定作。此后如是诸弟子，引入之仪轨广大，成就所有施予之，智慧诸法当学修。此三摩地心髓之，巨大修持最初生，世间所有之自在，次第如是当宣说。入于妇女众之中，或入恶毒众之中，无论何处安住后，大莲花则完全持。时与力气如是般，每日尽力当修持。此仪轨于此生中， 速疾胜义得成就，贪欲所有之乐速，仅以欲求行来往，世间所有自在胜，衰老死亡则无有。佛陀菩提萨埵尊，金刚手尊即彼者，成就所有无边胜，此生即能得获得。此后手印修持者，手印结住安住定，巨大成就即获得。誓言誓言胜义者，业乃胜业手印也，巨大修持仪轨续。之后成就未成就，三摩地业引莫舍，首先三摩地成就，次第如是善宣说。如是所有之障碍与，罪恶与恶梦与恶兆，瘟疫与损害与传染病，烦恼与非时而死亡与，恐惧与害怕与争斗与，战斗与孩童之魔与凶暴，烦恼与疲惫与痛苦与，不悦意与贫穷与饱胀，触碰不适与恶劣命，非为无病与财物失，彼等乃以大莲花寂静。风与胆汁与血液与，黏液与混合与不消化，热病与混合之毒与麻风，与小痘与疥疮与脚癣，肿瘤与水肿与阴茎破，与白癜风与消耗与血耗，与精耗。

Then the World Protector Supreme, The World Holder Himself descends, The World All-Supreme will be accomplished, Samadhi ritual is definitely performed. Then likewise all the disciples, The extensive ritual of entering, All the accomplishments are bestowed, The wisdoms are to be learned. This essence of Samadhi, Great accomplishment arises from the beginning, The Lord of all the Worlds, In order, it should be explained. Entering among the women, Or entering among the evil ones, Wherever one dwells, The great lotus is completely held. Time and strength are as they are, Each day, as much as possible, should be practiced. With this ritual, in this life, Quickly, the supreme will be accomplished. The happiness of all desires is quick, Just by desire, going and coming, flying, The Lord of all the Worlds is victorious, Aging and death will be no more. The Buddha, Bodhisattva himself, Vajrapani himself, The infinite supreme of all accomplishments, In this very life, it will be obtained. Then, the practice of the mudra, The mudra is bound, abiding in samadhi, The great accomplishment itself is obtained. Vow, vow, the supreme vow, Action is the supreme action, the mudra, The great practice is the ritual tantra. Then, the non-accomplishment of accomplishment, The action of samadhi, do not abandon the guide. First, the accomplishment of samadhi, In order, it should be well explained. Like this, all obscurations and sins, bad dreams and bad omens, epidemics and harms and infectious diseases, afflictions and untimely death and fears and terrors and quarrels and fights and child demons and fierceness and afflictions and fatigue and suffering and unpleasantness and poverty and satiety, unpleasant to touch and bad luck and non-sickness and loss of wealth, those are pacified by the great lotus. Wind and bile and blood and phlegm and mixture and indigestion and fever and mixed poison and leprosy and smallpox and scabies and athlete's foot and tumors and hydrocele and ruptured penis and vitiligo and consumption and blood depletion and semen depletion.
