The intention of all the Tathagatas, the unsurpassed secret, the great tantra of the glorious Horse Supreme Play, the thirteenth chapter, the emanation of the mandala of the Mind Wisdom Bodhisattva. Then, the Bliss-making Dance Lord, the great body of the Lotus Assembly, the Dharma of the miraculous jewel of qualities, having entered into meditative absorption, for the purpose of subduing the assembly of dakinis and the Yamaraja beings, the kings, great kings, and queen mothers residing with their retinues, performed the miraculous assembly of the Great Dakini. From the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, the radiant Dance Lord Mother, the color of the lotus rāga like the sky, with one face and four arms, holding a lotus stalk, a vessel of nectar, a vajra khaṭvāṅga, and a noose. Adorned with a garland of jewels, holding the manner of a terrifying radiance as you desire, extending and contracting in the center of the supreme sun, adorned with a garland of radiant suns. The supreme goddess of glory herself, emanating from Oṃ in the directions and intermediate directions, marked with fields on a lotus seat, extending and contracting, a multitude of blue-black bodies, holding a curved knife and a skull cup of blood in their hands, with burning attire and blazing hair. Surrounded by the emanated assembly on the outside, they play in the great charnel ground. Vajra, jewel, lotus, karma, and illusion bloom in the sky. Various illusions like lotus-expanding eyes, whatever the colors of the directions and intermediate directions, covered with particles of light and darkness. A field staff with three points, a golden arrow and a vajra, a makara banner and a noose, a great field vajra with nine points raised. A curved knife binds the noose of intestines. A vajra raised, three points of blood, a great field disembowels and extracts the heart, likewise, the wind father holds a skull cup. Ā ki dri ku ṭa ma le hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ vajra ḍāki jwāla jwāla hūṃ phaṭ. On the outer lotus petals, lions, horses, jackals, and foxes, vultures, vultures, crows, owls, head images, eight great fangs and wings, emanating from Hūṃ, they are red in color. In their hands they hold curved knives, skull cups filled with blood, vajras, swords, tridents, spears, wheels, axes, clubs, maces, arrows, stakes, fields, human skins, snakes, mongoose, basins, jewels, and garudas. Their mouths are open, each facing their respective directions, all abiding in a wrathful and chaotic manner. Fields, skins, human bases, skull garlands, snakes, adorned with heaps of blood, fat, and ashes. The assembly of ḍākinīs, seven families, mothers, sisters, and emanations, fangs and wings blazing, stirring in the ten directions. Oṃ se ra ba ra na hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ ni raṃ te sha pa mu kha hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ kaṃ na ma du na hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ mu ka ra na naṃ hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ sūrya sa mo ka hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ vajra snik sha bruṃ hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ ni sha ku rya ra na hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ re laṃ su bag sha hūṃ phaṭ. These sixteen ḍākinīs, possessing garlands of blazing light and lightning, emitting the sound of a roar of light, with glaring eyes, frowning, and bared fangs. One face, four arms, in a playful posture, realizing the expanse and wisdom, hands performing their respective activities, faces and bodies of different colors. Oṃ ru khu saṃ ta gu na ḍā+e ta sa mo ra ga hūṃ phaṭ - the heart mantra. Oṃ vajra ḍāki jāla shaṃ ba ra ku ma ra hūṃ phaṭ - the near mantra. Oṃ ḍāki hūṃ saṃ pa ra jāli mu kha ma me hūṃ phaṭ - the root mantra. Through the power of expanding the maṇḍala of the ḍākinīs, they faint, losing their memory, and are then gathered back into their own retinue, establishing the great maṇḍala of commitment. Then, together with the assembly of ḍākinīs, abandoning the places of those to be tamed, holding the teachings of the Victorious Ones, and practicing the yoga of the Vajrayāna. Thus, the fourteenth chapter, the emanation of the ḍākinīs, from the tantra of the glorious Horse Supreme Play, the unsurpassed secret of the intention of all the Sugatas, is complete. Then, the Bhagavan, the Lord of Delight, the Tathagata, the Lord of Dance, joining faces with the radiant consort, emanates the maṇḍala of the ten directions. Having entered into samadhi, he subdues the obstacles of the directions. The maṇḍala that suppresses the three realms.
