རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུ~ཾ་ཕཊ་是近心咒。 大坛城的四方，铁钩、铁索、绳索、铃铛等，白色、红色、黄色、绿色光芒闪耀。 狮子、豺狼、老虎、龙等，头颅堆叠与化身眷属一起，以各自的业安住，以怖畏的姿态威猛地住着。 调伏事业龙之坛城，八大龙王等聚集后，使其无有威力与神通，以忆念自己誓言的力量，双眼变得锐利而渴望。 ཨོ~ཾ་ན་ག་དྲིངས་མེ་ག་ན་ན་ག་ར་ཙ་ཡ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུ~ཾ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 在秘密坛城中灌顶后，光明美好，光彩和火焰闪耀，开启本族顶饰的显现，智慧光芒聚集安住，以熟悉进入秘密坛城，分辨执持之珍宝显现，所有眷属齐声，祈请于舞自在身，祈求所欲，立下誓言，享用福德资粮之宝藏。 唉玛！坛城真稀有，救度我等眷属，诸佛坛城无与伦比，如太阳坛城般存在。 此大乐之道先前未证悟，如今以慈悲恩德而获得，以执持瑜伽秘密，如所吩咐之教言而行持。 从此金刚秘密誓言中，若有违犯，则愿死去，如此立誓。 如此，从一切如来之意无上秘密，吉祥马王嬉戏大续中，马头明王灌顶坛城幻化品第十二。

Rulu hūṃ phaṭ is the near heart mantra. In the four directions of the great mandala, iron hooks, iron locks, ropes, bells, etc., white, red, yellow, and green light shine. Lions, jackals, tigers, dragons, etc., with stacked heads and emanated retinues, abide by their respective karmas, dwelling in terrifying and majestic forms. Subduing the mandala of the কর্ম dragon, after gathering the eight great nagas, etc., make them without power and magical abilities, with the strength of remembering their own vows, their eyes become sharp and desirous. oṃ nāga dhriṃ meghanana nāgarātsa ya samaya hūṃ. After empowering in the secret mandala, good light, brilliance, and fire blaze, opening the manifestation of the family's crown ornament, the wisdom light gathers and abides, by becoming familiar with entering the secret mandala, distinguish the manifestation of the preciousness of holding the precepts, all the retinues with one voice, pray to the dancing自在 body, request desires, make vows, and enjoy the treasure of the accumulation of merit. Alas! The mandala is truly rare, liberating us and our retinues, the buddhas' mandala is unparalleled, existing like the sun's mandala. This path of great bliss was not previously realized, now it is obtained through the kindness of compassion, by holding the yoga secret, act according to the instructions as commanded. From this vajra secret vow, if there is a violation, may I die, thus vowed. Thus, from the great tantra of the play of the glorious Hayagriva, the unsurpassed secret of the intention of all the tathagatas, the twelfth chapter, the emanation of the Hayagriva empowerment mandala.
