The great scorching hell and other hells, and the hungry ghosts, animals, Rakshasas, and Yaksha womb-born Rakshasas with burning mouths and tongues, gods and Asuras, Rudras, and coprophages, etc., are Samsara, and are said to be the birthplaces of downfall. It is beyond measure. Some individuals are applicable. If the root samaya is broken, confess a thousand times to a hundred lamas and friends, recite seven million times, offer seven hundred thousand tormas, and perform eleven thousand fire pujas. If that place does not abide, or more than three years have passed, if seeing the way of confession, a mind of disbelief and desire arises, then it is beyond the limit of restoration. Even if confessed for eighty thousand great kalpas, it will not become pure. In the place called Vajra Hell, experiencing unbearable suffering, until the sky exists, revolving like a wheel of weapons. If the branch vows are broken, observe silence for seven months, perform one thousand and eight fire pujas, recite one hundred and ten thousand times, and offer ten thousand tormas. Then take it again, and proclaim purity and cleanliness. To those who do not possess a pure vessel, revealing and explaining secrets, forbidding without empowerment, transgressing the words of the Sugatas, and to those who are not qualified vessels, proclaiming secrets in measure, not practicing secrets, spreading them to everyone rashly, these are individuals who are beyond measure. Because of despising all Buddhas, the Buddhas of the three times are angered, and will even destroy seven generations. Being hostile to the lama and friends, parents, relatives, king, ministers, and innocent people, this is said to be a sign of broken samaya. Obstacles arise to profound things, practice does not produce the desired result, the guardian deities are negligent, and unprovoked quarrels arise, these are said to be signs of broken samaya. First, having obtained the lama's permission, not feeling the damage oneself, the thought of happiness and well-being will be accomplished, and the difference between one's own and others' thoughts, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, is accomplished and obtained through praise, this is a sign of being undamaged and meaningful. It is the king of yoga empowerment. If the signs of being undamaged appear, quickly begin the fulfillment ritual. If there is damage but no sign, it is not good if it looks good, one's own seed will be burned, happiness will be exhausted, and there will be eternal suffering. If the signs of being undamaged appear, quickly restore.
