If sluggish signs appear, control the running energy within the realm of wind. When the sun and moon rise simultaneously, it is the great method of conquering samsara. Through experience, attain the samadhi of a flowing stream. If separated from the channels, union with (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Paṭ) will scatter. Pure wind is equally grasped. Understand through the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) that reverses the guidance. Bind and abide through the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) that gathers. Bindu pervades the body. First, place the seed; second, generate power; third, generate experience; fourth, make it stable. Fifth, through stable experience, supreme accomplishment is achieved in this life. Having received permission from the Vajra Master, perform the powerful consecration ritual. Then, seat the disciples properly. Free from all faults of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, give the vow of commitment, and bestow the empowerment in sequence. To stabilize the experience of empowerment, bestow the corresponding instructions. Instructions stabilize the experience of the stages of the path, the completion of the path is the fruit itself. The completion of warmth and the eighth bhumi, and the lands of the renowned Buddhas, through the signs of self-awareness and compassion, the power of guidance appears as three dakinis: space dakini, sound dakini, and form dakini. Known as the lotus-holders of space, sound, and form, liberation is attained through the union, song, appearance, and mere stability of form. The mandala of the root empowerment is the uncreated Vajradhatu mandala. The mandala of wrathful deities is a branch, for the purpose of subduing practice and evil. Having first received the root empowerment, then receive the subsequent mandala empowerments. For the empowerment believed by those to be subdued, it is not necessarily limited to the common. The first, second, and third are the empowerments of Vajrasattva. The fourth and fifth are the mandalas of Heruka. Blessed by the Buddhas of the three times, for the faultless guide and teacher, if joy and respect are not given, and each has the ability to enter, without giving empowerment permission, speaking and listening to secrets, as well as meditation and practice, etc., even after countless eons, the fruit will not be attained, but will be born in the hell realms. That is because all the holy ones are despised, and many diseases and sufferings will be experienced, harmed by dakinis and demons, and then death will certainly occur. The blessed lama
