Do not (should not do). The secret samaya is taught as follows: The mandala of the Tathagata, pervades all three realms. Obscured by perverted views, it is like a treasure for the poor and a jewel for the giant. Therefore, this supreme Vajra secret, with the compassion of the all-knowing ones, is not that the Dharma itself is flawed, but it is kept extremely secret for the benefit of sentient beings. To those of the Hinayana and the perverted, if the secret meaning is shown to them, they do not understand the meaning of the secret of self-nature, and for the immediate behavior, they take it as an extremely certain meaning, thus wrongly leading the secret meaning. Those who do not understand will therefore wander in the hells. Therefore, it should be kept extremely secret. Those who possess great compassion, should be skilled in all paths of liberation. Those who possess supreme wisdom, should, according to the order of the vessels of sentient beings, the meaning of the higher and lower vehicles, teach separately and appropriately. Gladly accepting and not hating, the yogi should always practice. Becoming without attachment, and, the great and wonderful accomplishment, arises from the explanation of the samaya sutras. If practiced without understanding, one will be born in the abode of pretas and rakshasas. Or, like this samaya, no matter how practiced, the samaya will not be broken. It will become a vast assembly of actions and deeds. When walking, staying, and sleeping, abide in the sphere of that equality. One should always act with supreme wisdom. For all dharmas, act like a bird cutting through the sky. For all attachments and clinging, like a great wind blowing in the sky. For all mental thoughts, like a great fish swimming in the water. The yogi should contemplate in this way. With the wisdom of such realization, it is not just lip service, but to deepen the mind. For those who claim to be supreme Vajrayana, if they do not understand the meaning of equality, saying that the samaya of secret mantra is equal, if those stubborn people practice in this way, they will be transmitted to the hells. What is the meaning of equality? There is nothing of equal nature. There is no equality, and no realization. Not abiding in anything, yet able to use everything. There is no doer, and no deed. Such a supreme lineage of realization, when the Vajra lineage is born, unites with the fearless Samantabhadra. It is also the place of inexhaustible qualities. Not understanding the meaning of equality, in the non-duality of conventional and ultimate truth, the Dharma and the person are without self.

Na. This is the Bodhisattva's stage. For all actions and afflictions, If one does not understand the meaning of equality, And clings to the existence of dependent arising, cause, and effect, This is the stage of the Pratyekabuddha. For all phenomena without exception, Viewing the reality of the Four Noble Truths as existing, And making what should be abandoned and what should not be abandoned, This is the stage of the Shravaka. Especially taking the ten virtues as primary, Because good and non-good are not equal, It is the birthplace of gods and humans, The stage of wandering in the desire realm. Not realizing the meaning of equality, The four immeasurables and the four dhyanas, Sequentially clinging to self separately, And thoroughly discriminating forms and so on. They are born sequentially in the Brahma realm. Without realizing the formless of equality, Not knowing the non-existence of the four names, Because they abide in the four places of birth, They are born in the stage of the peak of existence. Because they do not know that all is equal, They generate hatred towards all without exception, If there is no genuine compassion, This is the great unbearable, The place where the sixteen hells dwell. Because they do not know the entity of non-attachment, They are attached to everything, The obscurations of the body and the obscurations of food, They are born in the place of the great pretas. Because they do not know self and non-self, They make all phenomena ignorant, Because wisdom is unclear and meaningless, They do not understand the meaning of good and evil. This is born in the place of animals. They greatly increase arrogance, Because they completely seize everything as their own, They engage in the work of fighting with everyone, They are born in the place of the Asuras. All the high and low vehicles and, All the views of the world, If examined well with great wisdom, In the absence of inherent existence, everything is accomplished. Inherent existence does not degenerate from the Dharmadhatu. Those with the eye of great wisdom, In the high and low places and the six paths, See the cycle of existence separately as it is. By the supreme and unsurpassed mantra, Without contemplating all signs, In the state of equality, everything is absent, Because everything is equality itself, The views of the transcendent and the mundane, Cannot be fully expressed separately. In general, countless wrong thoughts, Are not originally existent, Because the grasping and clinging nets of the habitual tendencies of individual discriminations, Are obscured, Everything appears in the absence of anything, In the nature of appearance, there is no inherent existence. If one realizes in this way, it is the place of happy migrations. Vajradhara realizes in this way. The great yogi.
