Should be practiced. Becoming without attachment, The great and wonderful accomplishment, Arises from the tantric explanation of vows. If practiced without understanding, One will be born in the realm of hungry ghosts and rakshasas. Or else, if one breaks the vows in this way, No matter how one practices, the vows will not be broken. It will transform into the great gathering of conduct and action. When walking, sitting, and sleeping, Without deterioration, one abides in that realm of reality. Always act with supreme wisdom. Towards all phenomena without exception, Act as a bird cuts through the sky. All clinging and attachment without exception, Like a great wind blowing in the sky. All perceptions and attachments of the mind, Like a great fish swimming in the water. Yogis, view it in that way. With the wisdom of such realization, Not just words, but transform the depths of the mind. Those who claim to be supreme Vajrayana practitioners, Without knowing the meaning of equality, Claiming that secret mantra vows are equal, If practiced with desire, One will transmigrate in the hell realms. How is the meaning of equality? Equality itself is not anything, There is no equality or discrimination. Not abiding in anything, but acting in everything. There is no actor or act. Those supreme beings who realize in this way, Will be born as holders of the supreme Vajra lineage. Associated with fearless Samantabhadra. It is also the place of inexhaustible qualities. Not knowing the meaning of equality, And distinguishing between the two, conventional and ultimate, The selflessness of phenomena and individuals, This is the bodhisattva ground. Towards all actions and afflictions, If one does not know the meaning of equality, And clings to the existence of dependent arising, cause and effect, This is the place of enlightenment far away. Towards all phenomena without exception, If one sees the reality of the four truths, And practices abandoning and not abandoning, This is the ground of the Shravakas. Mainly taking the ten virtues as important, Since virtue and non-virtue are not equal, It is the birthplace of gods and humans, The place of samsara in the desire realm. Not understanding the meaning of equality, And successively in the four immeasurables and four dhyanas, Separately clinging to self, And clinging to forms and so on as self. They will be born successively in the Brahma realm. Not realizing equality and formlessness, And not knowing the absence of the four names, Abiding in the four birth places, One will be born in the peak of existence. Not knowing that all is equal, And hating all without exception, If there is no genuine compassion, This is the great inexhaustible.

Oh! Sixteen hells exist here. If one does not understand the reality of non-attachment, One will develop attachment to all things, Trapped by the obscurations of the body and the obscurations of food. One will be born in the realm of the great pretas. If one does not understand the self and non-self, And is confused about all dharmas, Because there is no clear wisdom, One cannot understand the meaning of good and evil. This will lead to rebirth in the animal realm. If one greatly increases pride, Because one seizes everything as one's own, One will engage in the activity of fighting with everyone, And be born in the realm of the Asuras (demigods). If one thoroughly examines with great wisdom, All the supreme vehicles, high and low, And all the views of the world, Nothing will be accomplished from the absence of inherent existence. There will be no falling away from the expanse of inherent existence. Those who possess the eye of great wisdom, Reside in places high and low, and at crossroads, Viewing samsara in this distinct way. Because of the unsurpassed supreme mantra, All signs are impermanent, In the state of equality, everything is non-existent. Because everything is equality itself, Do not speak of the distinct views Of the transcendent and the mundane. In general, countless wrong conceptions, Are not existent from the beginning, But due to the habitual tendencies of individual discriminations, One is obscured by the net of grasping and being grasped, And to what is nothing, everything appears. In the very appearance, there is no inherent existence. If one understands in this way, One will reach the place of the happy migrations. Vajradhara understands in this way. The conduct of the great yogi is, However one acts, there is no inherent existence. Like a great bird soaring in the sky, Like a great fish swimming in the water, Like a great wind moving in the sky, The view of yoga is to see in this way. The great conduct of the great yogi is, To act without differentiation towards all things. One will experience the supreme taste of bliss. Who would develop attachment to that? While acting, non-attachment is wisdom. The supreme bliss itself is the accumulation of merit. Act in such a state. This is a great conduct. Because view and conduct have not deviated from the right path, Mantra holders should always practice. Some have a view that abides in equality, But their conduct is completely inconsistent with purity. Some accomplish the perfection of conduct, But they do not understand the view of equality at all. Some have neither view nor conduct. A truly supreme individual, Without differentiating between ultimate truth and conventional truth, Thoroughly understands reality as it is. From within the unsurpassed Great Vehicle, In ultimate truth, there is no differentiation.
