Sa. The explanation of the general sadhana: In those root mandalas, one must firmly practice. Relying on the drawn images, prostrate to them and practice. Keep the vows without confusion, protect them according to the scriptures. Offerings should be made in the three times. All the mantras and heart mantras of the deities, remember them in your mind without confusion. Towards women with desire, one should not slander them. Blood should not clot, nor should it be cut. One should not slander the red lineage. Form the lotus mudra. Recite musical instruments with your voice. Space and 188 wa wa should be done in the same way. The limbs of the voice will become power. Always practice only the yidam. By the power of that energy, the hordes of demons and their retinues will be suppressed. The fruit of enlightenment will be attained. That merit is immeasurable. Therefore, it is the common practice. The explanation of the individual practice: Practice the single horse king. The mandala is crescent-shaped with only one door.
