སེམས་དཔའ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ། འཇིགས་པ་དང། གནོད་པ་དང། འཚེ་བ་དང། སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་སེལ་བར་མཛད་པ། གསང་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་དམ་ཚིག་ནི་དབྱེ་བ་མེད་པར་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་སོ།། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ།། ཀྱེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྡུག བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཐར་པ་དང།འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པ་གང་ལགས། དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསིལ་པ་དང། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ སྐྱོབ་པ་ནི།དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོའོ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅེས་བགྱེ་བ་དེ་གང་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྟན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དེ་ བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ནི་འདའ་བར་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པའོ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འདའ་བར་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་གང་ལགས། བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་གང་ལ་ཡོན་ཏན་མཆོག་འབྱུང་བ དང།བསྲུང་བའི་ས་བོན་འཕེལ་བ་དང། གསོལ་བ་འདི་ནི་བསྲུང་བར་བྱའོ།། འདི་ནི་འདའ་བར་བྱ་བར་མ་ཡིན་པའོ།། གསོལ་པ། བསྲུང་བར་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུ་ཞིག་ལགས། བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་ པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་བསྲུང་བར་བྱ་བ་དང།འདའ་བར་མི་བྱ་བ་ནི་གསུམ་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་གཞིའི་སྡོམ་པ་དང། སྤྱིའི་སྡོམ་པ་དང། ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་སྡོམ་པའོ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཞིའི་སྡོམ་པ་བྱ་བ་དེ་གང་ ལགས།བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཞིའིསྡོམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།། མས་ཅད་དུ་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དང། ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་དུ་གྱུར་པ། ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ལེགས་བར་ ཉོན་ལ་ཡིད་ལ་ཟུང་ཞིག།གཞི་ཡི་སྡོམ་པ་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཏེ།། སོ་སོར་ཐར་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས།། དེ་ལ་སོ་སོར་ཐར་པ་ནི། དུས་དགེ་བ་དང་དགེ་བསྙེན་དང།། དགེ་ཚུལ་དང་ནི་དགེ་སློང་གི། གནང་བ་མེད་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ དོ།། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྡོམ་པ་ནི།། སྦྱིན་གཏོང་སེར་སྣ་རྩད་ནས་གཅོད།། འཆལ་པ་རབ་སྤོང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ལྡན།། འཁྲུག་པ་མེད་ཅིང་བཟོད་པ་སྟེ།། ལེ་ལོའི་སྐྱོན་བྲལ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས ལྡན།། གཡེང་མེད་བསམ་གཏན་དག་དང་ལྡན།། གཏི་མུག་རབ་སྤངས་ཤེས་རབ་ལྡན།། སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་དོན་ལ་བརྩོན།། སྐད་འགའ་རང་གི་དོན་དང་བྲལ།། ཡོན་ཏན་ཐོབ་པ་གཞན་ལ་གཏོང།། ལུས་དང་ངག ཡིད་དག་པས་ཁྱབ།། ཁེངས་མེད་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན།། ཞི་བ་དང་ནི་དེས་པ་དང།། གསོངས་པོར་སྨྲ་ཞིང་འཇ

菩萨，所有如来的主宰，息灭所有怖畏、损害、恼害和痛苦，大秘密的誓言是无分别地现证圆满正觉。之后，世尊，菩萨金刚手如是请问：世尊啊，从所有痛苦中解脱，以及从所有怖畏中救护的是什么？如是请问后，世尊开示说：大菩萨，从所有怖畏中救护的，是所有如来的大誓言。世尊，被称为所有如来的誓言的是什么？世尊开示说：所有如来的誓言是不可违越的。世尊，什么是不可违越的？开示说：大菩萨，凡是功德殊胜生起，守护的种子增长，祈请此是应当守护的。此是不可违越的。请问：应当守护的是多少？开示说：所有如来的誓言应当守护且不可违越的有三种，即根本律仪、共同律仪和特殊律仪。世尊，什么是根本律仪？开示说：所有如来的根本律仪，是于一切时处共同，成为一切的所依，成为一切的因。仔细听好并谨记在心。根本律仪有两种：别解脱和菩提心。其中，别解脱是：时善、近事、沙弥和比丘的，没有开许的即是。菩提萨埵的律仪是：布施，断除悭吝的根本。远离邪淫，具有戒律。没有争斗且具有忍耐。远离懈怠的过失，具有精进。没有散乱，具有禅定清净。彻底断除愚痴，具有智慧。致力于一切有情的利益。偶尔远离自己的利益。将获得的功德给予他人。身语意清净周遍。没有傲慢，具有慈悲心。寂静以及调伏，说真实语且

Bodhisattva, the lord of all Tathagatas, who eliminates all fears, harms, injuries, and sufferings, the great secret samaya is the non-dualistic manifestation of complete enlightenment. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan: O Bhagavan, what is the liberation from all sufferings and the protection from all fears? After this question, the Bhagavan replied: Great Bodhisattva, the protection from all fears is the great samaya of all Tathagatas. Bhagavan, what is called the samaya of all Tathagatas? The Bhagavan replied: The samaya of all Tathagatas is inviolable. Bhagavan, what is inviolable? He replied: Great Bodhisattva, whatever excellent qualities arise, the seeds of protection increase, this prayer is to be protected. This is inviolable. Asked: How many are to be protected? He replied: The samaya of all Tathagatas, which should be protected and not transgressed, are three: namely, the basic vows, the common vows, and the special vows. Bhagavan, what is the basic vow? He replied: The basic vow of all Tathagatas is that which is common at all times and places, becomes the basis of all, and becomes the cause of all. Listen carefully and keep it in mind. There are two kinds of basic vows: individual liberation and Bodhicitta. Among them, individual liberation is: the time of virtue, the upasaka, the novice, and the bhikshu, that which is not permitted. The vows of the Bodhisattva are: giving, cutting off the root of stinginess. Abandoning unchastity, possessing morality. Without strife and with patience. Free from the fault of laziness, possessing diligence. Without distraction, possessing pure meditation. Completely abandoning ignorance, possessing wisdom. Striving for the benefit of all sentient beings. Occasionally detached from one's own benefit. Giving the merits obtained to others. Body, speech, and mind pervaded by purity. Without arrogance, possessing a compassionate heart. Peaceful and subdued, speaking truthfully and
