Only then, from the peaceful state of mind, there is not even a dust-like movement. What is the reason for that? It is the ultimate expression of the unchanging nature of reality. All these dharmas like that have neither beginning nor middle. What is the reason for that? Because in all places there is no near or far, in all places there is no partiality, in all places there is no before or after, and in all places there is no big or small. All these dharmas like that abide in the wisdom minds of all Buddhas. All Buddhas also abide in the mind of Samantabhadra. Samantabhadra also abides in his own mind. One's own mind abides in the sky. The sky is nothing and does not abide anywhere. Therefore, all these dharmas are naturally unconditioned, beyond the realm of speech and thought, and are the inexpressible nature of reality. The inexpressible is the nature of reality without birth and death. Without birth and death is unmoving. Unmoving is unfindable. Therefore, destroying all discriminations and not abiding, it is called the Wrathful Mother. From that, it arises and appears, so it is called Mother. Like that, enjoying all activities, it is also called Father. In that state, the yogi without gathering and separation is skilled in the meaning of skillful means and wisdom. This abides in the mind of the Vajra Master at all times. The person who realizes this is that the action of the hand is the mudra. What is held in the heart is the intention. What is spoken in the mouth is the sacred scripture. What is the reason for that? Because all meanings are gathered there. For example, from the great ocean, by the power of the dragon king, rivers, drops of water, rain, etc. are expanded, and then they merge back into the great ocean. From this great tantra of the Glorious Blazing Wrathful Mother, by the intention of the great yogi, views and practices, mandalas and meditations, etc. arise, and then they merge back into this very one. This tantra of the Glorious Blazing Wrathful Mother, all the Buddhas of the past also relied on this tantra to manifest perfect and complete enlightenment. All the Buddhas who appear now also manifest perfect and complete enlightenment by understanding the meaning of this tantra. Similarly, all the Buddhas who will appear in the future will also manifest perfect and complete enlightenment by understanding the meaning of this tantra. What is the reason for that? Because that
