我是骑骡子的母神，我是摧毁四季女王的母神，我是化为狗、狼、野兽的母神，我是像老虎、熊、棕熊一样变化的母神，我是半笑半怒如鹰般盘旋的母神，我是覆盖山川河流的母神，我是不知疲倦奔跑的母神，我是毫无污秽度化的母神，我是供奉雅布烟发的母神，我是贝烟大能的母神，我是猪烟无碍的母神，我是彼烟成就女的母神，我是掌控一切生命的母神，我是依靠崖山冰雪的母神，我是调伏牧区恶魔所生的母神，我是迅速努力于忿怒之语的母神。这六十位是化身不和的女子，是班智达也难以阻挡的，是六十眷属相随的，与做恶魔首尾使者的六十魔女装束相同。对魔女们说道：你们等是做恶魔的使者，勾引、束缚、杀害一切众生，吃肉、血、骨头而住，这有什么目的？具有什么证悟？ 说了之后，魔女们说道：我们的主人大魔鲁扎以三界为所欲为，赐予我们作为使者的权力，我们才做勾引、杀害一切众生的使者，没有其他的目的和证悟。女友们，你们有什么证悟和目的？母神们说道：我们具有大慈悲心，度化自他，将他们引向无上大菩提。魔女们说道：具有这样的证悟和目的，真是稀有啊！我们没有获得这些，也感到后悔，现在还没有证悟，依靠世间法，所以没有获得。母神们说道：即使没有获得，也要努力具有证悟和目的，除了那些具有十善之人，以及守护根本和支分誓言的人。对于那些不具有誓言，并且违背誓言的人，瞬间也不能不杀害，这是为什么呢？因为他们会积累堕入恶道的因，并且会堕入无间地狱，所以要以证悟和慈悲心来杀害他们，让他们享受大自在。

I am the mother goddess who rides a mule, I am the mother goddess who destroys the queens of the four seasons, I am the mother goddess who transforms into dogs, wolves, and beasts, I am the mother goddess who transforms like tigers, bears, and grizzlies, I am the mother goddess who hovers like a hawk with a half-smile and half-frown, I am the mother goddess who covers mountains and rivers, I am the mother goddess who runs tirelessly, I am the mother goddess who liberates without impurity, I am the mother goddess who is offered Ya-byin Ral-dkar, I am the mother goddess of Be-byin Great Power, I am the mother goddess of Pig-byin Unobstructed, I am the mother goddess of De-byin Accomplished Woman, I am the mother goddess who controls all life, I am the mother goddess who relies on the cliffs and snow mountains, I am the mother goddess who subdues the demons born in the pastoral areas, I am the mother goddess who strives swiftly in wrathful words. These sixty are the emanations of women who do not understand the signs, who are difficult for even a pandita to turn back, who are accompanied by sixty retinues, and who are dressed in the same manner as the sixty demonesses who act as messengers of the beginning and end of demons. They said to the demonesses: You and others are messengers of demons, enticing, binding, and killing all sentient beings, eating flesh, blood, and bones and dwelling there. What is the purpose of this? What realization do you possess? After saying this, the demonesses said: Our master, the great demon Rudra, has dominion over the three realms and has granted us the power to be messengers. We act as messengers who entice and kill all sentient beings, and there is no other purpose or realization. Girlfriends, what realization and purpose do you have? The mother goddesses said: We possess great compassion and liberate ourselves and others, leading them to unsurpassed great enlightenment. The demonesses said: It is rare to have such realization and purpose! We regret that we have not obtained these, and we have not yet attained realization, relying on worldly dharmas, so we have not obtained them. The mother goddesses said: Even if you have not obtained them, you should strive to have realization and purpose, except for those who possess the ten virtues and those who keep the root and branch vows. Those who do not have vows and who violate them must be killed instantly, for what reason? Because they will accumulate the cause of falling into the lower realms and will fall into the Avici hell, so they must be killed with realization and compassion, so that they may enjoy great freedom.
