་ཤིང་སྦྱོར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ།། དེ་ཅི་ལས་བྱུང་ཞེ་ན། ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོར མ་ཡིན་པར་མ་རྟོགས་པའི་དབང་གིས་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་མི་ཤེས་པས་གང་ཟག་སྐྱེ་བོའི་ས་འཛིན་པ་དང།དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་རྒྱབ་ཀྱིས་ཕྱོགས་པ་དང། བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་འགའ་ཙམ་ཐོས་ན་ཡང་མི་ཉན་པ་དང། དགེ་བ་ བཅུའི་ཕྱོགས་སྤངས་ནས་སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ཕྱོགས་ཁྲིམས་ཕྱུང་ནས་བྱེད་པ་དང།གང་ཟག་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བ་ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ཁྲིམས་དང། སྡོམ་པ་དང། དམ་ཚིག་ལ་ སོགས་པ་རྣམས་མནོས་ནས་མི་བསྲུང་བ་དང།སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་བསྲུང་བ་དང། གསང་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྤངས་ནས་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་བལྟ་བ་དང། ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷ་སྤངས་ ནས་མའི་དོད་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་འཛིན་པ་དང།རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་སྤངས་ནས་ཕའི་དོད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་བྱེད་པ་དང། རྡོ་རྗེ་མཆེད་ལྕམ་སྤངས་ནས་བརྩེ་གདུང་འཛོམ་ཕྲད་མི་འདོད་པ་རྣམས་ལས་ཀྱི་ དབང་གིས་གནས་དེར་སྐྱེས་ནས་དེ་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞིང་སྙིང་རྗེའོ།། དེ་ལ་འགྱོད་པའི་དམྱལ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཤིན་ཏུ་སྔོན་ལས་ཅི་བྱས་པ་དྲན་པའི་གནས་དགེ་སྡིག་ཅི་བྱས་པའི་ལས་དོན་དང་ལས་ཀུན་རྡེའུ དང་ཁྲམ་དུ་བཀྲམ་ཞིང།དེའི་ཚེ་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་ལས་བྱེད་པ་ཁྱོད་ཡིན་ནོ།། ཅེས་རྒྱ་གག་ཟེར་ཞིང་རྐུབ་ནས་ཐོ་བས་བརྡུངས་ཤིང་མདུང་རྩེས་བརྒྱབས་ནས་ཆུ་བོ་རབ་མེད་ལ་བརྒལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ།། ཆུ་བོ་རབ་མེད་དེའི་ ནང་དུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པས་བཟོད་པའི་བླག་མེད་པར་གདུངས་ནས་རིངས་ཤིང་དྲག་པར་ཕབ་པར་ཕྱིན་པ་དང།ཤ་ཀུན་བུད་ནས་རུས་པ་ཁར་ཐོན་ནོ།། ཐོན་པ་དང་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་ ཤ་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།། ཤ་སོས་པར་གྱུར་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཡང་རང་གི་སྔོན་ལས་ཅི་བྱས་པའི་དབང་གིས་རྡེའུ་དང་ཁྲམ་ཐོག་ནས། ཡང་གོང་མ་ལྟར་རྒྱ་གག་ཟེར་ཞིང་མདུང་གིས་བརྒྱབ་པ་དང། ཐོ་བས་བརྡུངས་ནས་སྐད ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མ་ལོན་པར་ཕྱིར་བཟློག་གོ།དེ་ནས་ཡང་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ལོག་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱངས་ནས་སླར་ལོག་པ་དང་གོང་མ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱས་ནས་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་གནས་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞིང་སྦྱང་བའི་ ཚེ་ཚད་ནི།བསྐལ་པ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་ཁྲིར་གནས་ཤིང་སྦྱང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ།། དེ་ཅི་བགྱིས་པའི་དབང་གི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ལས་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོར་མའི་དོན་མ་རྟོགས་པས། དགེ་བ་དང་སྡིག་པའི་དོན་ངོ་མ་ ཤེས་ཤིང།བདག་ཉིད་རྟག་ཏུ་རེ་བས་གང་ཟག་སྐྱེ་བོའི་སར་སྐྱེས་པ་ནི། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ

将成为木柴的燃料。那从何而来呢？由于没有领悟一切都是食子的道理，不了解来世，执着于凡夫俗子的地位，背离三宝，即使听到一些真理之语也不听从，舍弃十善道而选择杀生等十不善道并付诸行动，即使追随圣人的教法，也不守护所受的戒律、誓言和承诺等，甚至片刻也不守护真言和手印，舍弃秘密坛城片刻也不观看，舍弃本尊，连母亲般的功德也不忆念，舍弃金刚上师，连父亲般的供养也不做，舍弃金刚道友，不愿意见到友爱相聚，这些都是由于业力的影响而生于彼处，在那里极其痛苦，真是可悲啊！ 什么是后悔地狱呢？极其清晰地忆起前世所作所为的地方，善恶所作的事业和一切业都以石子和账簿的形式排列出来，那时会说：做这样事业的就是你！说着“嘉嘎”，用锤子敲打臀部，用矛尖刺击，并被强迫渡过无边之河。在那无边之河中，遭受各种各样的痛苦，无法忍受地煎熬，急切而猛烈地被推入水中，所有的肉都脱落，只剩下骨头。一旦露出骨头，立即由于业力的作用，肉又会重新生长出来。肉一重新长出来，又由于自己前世所作所为的影响，从石子和账簿上，又像先前一样说着“嘉嘎”，用矛刺击，用锤子敲打，片刻也不停留地被推回。然后又回到对岸，同样遭受痛苦后再次返回，像先前一样遭受痛苦。在那样的地方极其痛苦，净化的时间是：要经历数千亿劫才能净化。 那是由于做了什么而导致的果报成熟呢？由于没有领悟一切都是食子的道理，不真正了解善与恶的意义，总是执着于自我，所以才会生于凡夫俗子的地位，背离三宝。

Because of not realizing that everything is a bali offering, not understanding the next life, clinging to the status of ordinary people, turning away from the Three Jewels, not listening even when hearing some words of truth, abandoning the ten virtues and choosing to commit the ten non-virtues such as killing, even if following the teachings of the holy ones, not keeping the precepts, vows, and promises that have been taken, not even guarding mantras and mudras for a moment, abandoning the secret mandala and not even looking at it for a moment, abandoning the yidam deity and not even remembering the qualities like a mother, abandoning the vajra master and not even making offerings like a father, abandoning vajra siblings and not wanting to see loving gatherings, all these are due to the influence of karma, being born in that place, where it is extremely painful, it is truly pitiful! What is the Hell of Regret? A place where one remembers very clearly what one did in the past, the deeds of good and evil, and all karmas are arranged in the form of pebbles and ledgers, at that time it will be said: You are the one who did such deeds! Saying "Gyaga", hitting the buttocks with a hammer, stabbing with a spear tip, and being forced to cross the boundless river. In that boundless river, suffering all kinds of pain, being tormented unbearably, being pushed into the water urgently and violently, all the flesh falls off, leaving only bones. As soon as the bones appear, immediately due to the effect of karma, the flesh will grow back again. As soon as the flesh grows back, again due to the influence of one's past deeds, from the pebbles and ledgers, again saying "Gyaga" as before, stabbing with a spear, hitting with a hammer, and being pushed back without stopping for a moment. Then returning to the other shore, suffering in the same way and returning again, suffering as before. In such a place it is extremely painful, the duration of purification is: it takes trillions of kalpas to be purified. What kind of ripening is that due to what has been done? Because of not realizing that everything is a bali offering, not truly understanding the meaning of good and evil, always clinging to the self, therefore being born in the status of ordinary people, turning away from the Three Jewels.

侵吞僧众的财物，杀害无辜的众生，殴打无辜的众生，为了寻求供养而剥夺无辜的财物和享受，从事释放无辜的毒物和驱逐出境等行为，即使是进入圣法的人，也对无辜的人施以诅咒，对与自己作对的人等进行显宗事业的行为，诽谤和嘲笑没有过错的朋友的法，极度贬低和羞辱，甚至将眷属和弟子等偏袒一方，因说人坏话和争论等原因而生于该处，极其痛苦，可怜啊！什么是无知的地狱呢？在极其黑暗的地方，连人伸缩手臂都看不见的地方，极其寒冷，身体和肢体都裂开，全部都像结冰一样，甚至发不出“阿秋”的声音而住着。在那样的处所，极其痛苦的寿命是，住上千百万劫并被净化。那是因造作了什么业的成熟而产生的呢？由于没有领悟到一切都显现为食子的意义，别人的过错是生于凡夫俗子之处，杀害众生的事业极其繁多，弓箭等，刀剑等，剃刀等，战斧等，以及其他的手段等，多数让别人去做，使用和劝说，不但对自己没有利益反而教唆罪恶，还有自己做什么都能成，自己做不成也教别人，陈设各种各样的罪恶之事等等，即使是行持圣法的人，也寻求利益和名声，伪装，行持邪法，对以正确的教诲而行持邪法的人，献上追随的意愿，对想要正法的人们进行邪恶的执持，对破誓言的鬼神做守护的仪轨，对大乘法进行辩论，不听闻正确的教诲之义，做偷盗经书和挖墙脚之事，舍弃殊胜坛城的意义而喜欢亲近咒语等等业的支配下，生于该处，对此感到可怜和痛苦。

Defiling the property of the Sangha, killing innocent beings, beating innocent beings, depriving innocent wealth and enjoyment for the sake of seeking offerings, engaging in activities such as releasing innocent poisons and deporting them, even if one is engaged in the holy Dharma, cursing innocent people, performing activities of manifest conduct and actions against oneself, slandering and ridiculing the Dharma of faultless friends, extremely degrading and humiliating, even taking sides with retinues and disciples, etc., and being born in that place due to the power of speaking ill of others and arguing, it is extremely painful and pitiable! What is the hell of ignorance? In a place that is extremely dark and gloomy, where one cannot even see a person stretching or bending their arms, it is extremely cold, the body and limbs are extremely cracked, and everything is like ice, so that one cannot even make the sound of "Achu" and dwells there. In such a place, the duration of extreme suffering is that one dwells and is purified for thousands of millions of kalpas. From what ripening of karma did that arise? Because one has not understood the meaning that everything appears as torma, the faults of others are born in the place of ordinary people, the act of killing sentient beings is extremely numerous, bows and arrows, swords, razors, battle axes, and other means, most of which are done by others, used and persuaded, not only without benefit to oneself but also instigating evil, and also doing whatever one can accomplish, and even if one cannot accomplish it oneself, one teaches others and sets up all kinds of evil deeds, etc., even if one is practicing the holy Dharma, seeking profit and fame, pretending, practicing false Dharma, offering the will to follow those who practice false Dharma with correct teachings, holding evil to those who desire Dharma, performing protective rituals for oath-breaking spirits, debating the Mahayana Dharma, not listening to the meaning of correct teachings, stealing scriptures and digging under walls, abandoning the meaning of the supreme mandala and delighting in approaching mantras, etc., under the control of karma, one is born in that place, and one feels pity and suffering for it.
