Furthermore, it is said that one's own tradition follows the general view of the earlier masters, that if the Vipaka (ripening) is not attained in this life, then it will be attained in the intermediate future life and in other Vipaka bodies after many lifetimes, which is the view of the scriptures. It is unreasonable to think that (Vipaka) will be attained in the Bardo, because the Dharma of Vipaka is incomplete, and also, from accumulating merit to combining with the undefiled, it has not been said that anything is inferior to the nature of Vipaka, and this itself is the last existence of combining with the vast realm. The first point is established, as it is said in the Lamrim: "The yoga of the deity is clear, complete, and ripe, the net of the body is obscured, like the Kalaviṅka bird without fear, the manifestation after separation is Vipaka." The second point is established, as it is said in the Small Path: "Because of weak strength, poor conditions and aspirations, the remaining body that produces conceptual thoughts is left behind." etc. The third point is established, as it is said in the Lamrim: "Like a large net and the earth, obtaining the mudra but being ignorant, the complete form and great power is it." and "The one who has just separated, the four mudras are complete and become mine." etc. Second, analyzing the doubts about the essence, some earlier masters say: "The essence of Vipaka is the moment when one leaves this body and goes to Mahamudra." To this, Je Rinpoche asked: "That is unreasonable, because there are two faults. First, does that Vipaka benefit sentient beings or not? If it does not benefit, then it contradicts 'not abandoning but placing others'. If it benefits, then in an instant it completes the benefit of sentient beings, so there is no difference from the Buddha." The second fault is that because of combining Mahamudra from an instant, that Vipaka is better than longevity empowerment. Second, regarding the Vidyadhara of Longevity, in the six dharmas, first, the cause and time of attainment is: with the three wisdoms, the view and samadhi reach the level of mastery and excellence, and a person with great wisdom accumulates merit, and within six months or at the latest sixteen months, combines with the remaining longevity empowerment. As it is said in the Lamrim: "By practicing the three wisdoms, realizing the meaning of equality in samadhi, meditate on the vast realm. By realizing and mastering the five entrances, practice according to the order of months and days, there is no doubt about the Vajra body." etc. Second, its own essence is, Dharmata.

And seeing it as impossible to generate a nature that is self-illuminating, all defilements are exhausted, and it becomes an indestructible vajra body without birth or death. As it was said before: "Having perfected the realization of meaning and the completion of entering, by the accomplishment of the accumulation of merit, the realm of the body, the place of birth, and the exhaustion of defilements, it transforms into a vajra body, the lineage of life." So it is said. The remaining meaning, the measure of life, is: For the sake of cultivating the path for one's own benefit, one can remain for sixteen hundred years. For the benefit of others, having obtained freedom over life, one can postpone it as one wishes, and remain without aging, like the great teacher Padmasambhava. As it is said: "By striving for one's own benefit, one completes sixteen hundred years of life. For the sake of obtaining freedom for others, even if one transmigrates through countless eons, the body is still in the form of extreme youth, manifesting migration and gathering in a taming manner." So it is said. The third classification is: that which is accomplished by relying on the essence of medicine; that which is accomplished by relying on methods of combining such as dripping and seizing; that which is accomplished by relying on the combination of Tara and wind; and the empowerment of the complete supreme path, there are four. As it is said: "The nature, method, and medicine vidyadhara, the yoga Tara vidyadhara, and the four stages of the complete supreme path." So it is said. Among these, the first three, because they do not have the power of realization and habituation, rely solely on substances and methods, and although they are similar in terms of life, they are still contaminated, while the latter is uncontaminated. The fourth appearance is: showing the attire of the chief deity of humans and the desire realm and form realm gods. As it is said: "Holding the birth of the king of gods and humans." So it is said. Even so, the difference from other gods and humans is: because they are those who have freedom over rebirth. Also, as mentioned in the previous passage: "Although holding the birth of humans, gods, and Brahma, the difference lies in the transformation on the earth, teaching the Dharma with that very appearance." So it is said. These are also the appearances of emanations, and one's own nature is: because the present body is transformed into a vajra body, it is the fruit of enlightenment in one lifetime, possessing the form of what it was before. Fifth, regarding the object of clairvoyance: In general, having six clairvoyances, specifically, with the twenty-five root consciousnesses of the five senses, one can equate the realm of hundreds of millions of four continents with one's own realm, and be able to accomplish such vast activities.
