Holders. Tshewang Rigdzin. The Vidyadhara of the Mahamudra Path of Meditation. The Vidyadhara of Spontaneous Accomplishment on the Ultimate Path is explained. Although there are teachings to uphold these through the door of seven sevens, the conduct of all four is the same, being the conduct of miraculous powers. The individual differences have already been explained when explaining the conduct of the actual substances of the tantras. Here, it will be explained through the door of six sixes. That is, first, with regard to the Vipaka, the causal time of when it is obtained, the nature of the Vidyadhara itself, the number of aspects shown, the manner of how it abides, the object of direct knowledge, and how to combine with the fruit. First, the causal time of obtaining it is: by gaining stability in the Samadhi of One-pointedness, at best for six months, and at worst for sixteen months, accumulating the accumulations, and combining it with the Nirvāṇa without remainder. As it says in the Stages of the Path: In the yoga of one and many, having made it stable or having obtained it, when practicing approach and accomplishment for six or sixteen months, without transforming into a Vajra body. So it says. Second, its own nature is: possessing three characteristics, namely, the mind deity is clear and completely matured, the body of Vipaka is not separated from the aggregates of flesh and blood, and as soon as the body is free from bonds, it is combined with the Mahamudra Vidyadhara. Although the truth of Dharmata is seen, due to the power of weak intellect, one is unable to purify the impure body of the elements with the fire of wisdom. That is, as it says in the Stages of the Path: Having taken the form of the mind deity, and after the knots of the body are untied, the Mahamudra body becomes clear, that is called Vipaka. So it says. Third, the aspects are: this body of Vipaka does not carry to a vast place, therefore it is called Nirvāṇa without remainder, and it is also called without the body of the elements, and without the body of karma. Because one does not take a future womb of existence for one's own sake, it is also called the last existence. Because the mind deity is manifested and matured, or because the body of Vipaka is not abandoned, it is also called the Vipaka Vidyadhara. That is: Without remainder, without arising, without the body of karma, Nirvāṇa or called the ripened part. So it says. Fourth, the manner is: maintaining the manner of what the previous body was, and what the mind root deity is. That is: Having taken the form of the mind deity. So it says. Fifth, the object of direct knowledge is: the inter-

Having the distinction of clear and firm essence from the uninterrupted, With the immaculate divine eyes and so on, only the world of the four continents is taken as the object, and those have the ability to accomplish benefits. From that, it is said: 'Unobstructed or ripened, that manifest wisdom is named, unchanging, also changing in between, measure the continent realm and apply it to the object.' Thus it is said. The sixth is the fruit, the body of the fruition is united with the body of light of the Great Seal as soon as it is separated from the bond, from that it is said: 'Whoever is separated from that just now, the four bonds are completely mine, the five vajras and other vidyadharas, the lineage of the Great Seal is the fruit.' Thus it is said. Incidentally, to dispel doubts about additional meanings, it is to examine the time of attainment and the essence. First, regarding the time of uniting with the fruition, from the Lamrim it says: 'That also this and the next life, in other times with the best medium, the eon of attainment is not delayed, because intention and practice are the main.' There are three here, the best is this life, the medium is the bardo, the worst is said to unite with other times. Some say, if that is the case, then the bardo should have a gross arising body, because it is based on that as the basis for obtaining the fruition. Because fruition refers to the remaining body formed from the fruition of the karma of the previous life that has not been separated from this. If so, Nyang Jo Mdo said, the fruition obtained in the bardo is said to exist in the form of bodily imprints, but the imprint mind body is not the fruition flesh and blood body, so the definition fails. Lama Dhe Shek Chenpo said, even if one accumulates merit in this life, one does not obtain fruition, so as soon as one separates from one's own body, one sees the truth by relying on the clear light of death, thereby obtaining fruition. The middle one is obtained by not recognizing it, so when the actual appearance of the bardo arises, one obtains it by seeing the realm of experience as illusory. The worst is that the appearance of the bardo disappears, and when taking the body, one sees the truth, thereby transforming into the body of fruition, thereby intending to manifest as a divine body. Among these, the first two do not have a gross arising body, so it is a nominal fruition, which is established from the perspective of seeing the truth. Then, if it is said to be similar to the Tshewang empowerment, it is not similar, because that exists in the body of pure elements, while this is the body of imprints. Is there a difference from the vast? There is a difference, because that exists in the attire of the divine body.
