It is also suitable to add. In the thirty-first (chapter), the swift-footed hero of the Vajra family (Tibetan: ཅེ་སྤྱང་), the king of the Buddha family, the wealthy minister of the Jewel family, the powerful uncle-minister of the Lotus family, and the accomplished general of the Karma family are mentioned. Here, the arising of the enjoyment of the third foot is mainly the accomplishment of the Jewel family; and the purification of the lower realms is taught by training the mind in A (Tibetan: ཨ་) and meditating on Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་) during the practice of the swift-footed hero (Tibetan: ཅེ་སྤྱང་), thereby purifying oneself. As for other changes, in the thirty-eighth chapter, the practice of the swift-footed hero and invisibility; in the forty-fourth chapter, the practice of longevity; in the forty-fifth chapter, the practice of radiance, and so on, are mentioned extensively. And in this (text) it says, "One will attain the accomplishment of the Dharma," and "Everything, everything will be accomplished." The second (part) is: "The sky, the vajra, firmly arises, even fire can burn, turning into water flows likewise, the world's realms are scattered, all is empty and falls." So it says. According to its meaning, as it is practiced, visualizing a vajra ladder in the sky, a firm ladder arises. Similarly, writing the seed syllables Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ram, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: fire), Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: yam, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: wind), Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: kham, Sanskrit Romanization: kham, Literal Chinese meaning: space) on the palm, it transforms into the wisdom fire, water, and wind. It can even burn ordinary fire, purify water, and scatter wind. Writing the seed syllable E (Tibetan: ཨེ་), if one practices contraction and expansion, then all the world's realms will be empty and fall into a tilted direction. Furthermore, combining with other explanatory tantras, in the vast thirty-eighth (chapter) it says, "In the boundless sky where one does not abide, walking by throwing steps, walking on water as on land, in the midst of burning combustibles, even when heat is lifted by the wind, one can go to all ten directions." These are the unobstructed magical powers. Here, it is only symbolically shown: "The path of entry can go in the sky." The third (part) is: "Attracting, sending, binding, and releasing, nourishing, killing, defeating, and conquering." These, attracting enemies and obstacles, sending them to other continents, and so on, these eight activities can be accomplished by yogis through the door of samadhi, because they can freely use these activities. The text says, "It will be accomplished by samadhi." Again

Now, subjugation and binding are the activities of power. In the thirty-eighth chapter of the Extensive [tantra], there are contents about controlling territories and lands; in the forty-fifth chapter, there are contents about controlling the wives of kings and ministers, and the wives of other great gods, etc., which are extensively explained. Sending away, killing, and defeating are the activities of wrath. Among them, sending away, in the thirty-eighth chapter, it says: "With the action of the fierce tongue, thoroughly send the territories and lands to other places." This is the activity of expelling enemies and obstacles. In the forty-sixth chapter, it also speaks of the activity of expelling nagas residing in one's own place, etc. Liberation is the activity of pacification. In that chapter, it explains the method of liberating offerings that have been turned into nagas by mantras, etc. Increase and victory are the activities of increase. Among them, healing illness is healing the retinue and nagas who are afflicted by illness. In the forty-sixth chapter, it says: "Light the fire with substances, recite my essence and extract it." And, reviving the dead is the chapter on accomplishing the raising of corpses, and prolonging life is from the forty-fourth chapter. Killing refers to killing enemies and obstacles, which is explained in the fifty-sixth chapter, namely: "In order to destroy the sacred Dharma, the hero must act, do what benefits all beings." The activities of defeat and victory refer to causing others to be defeated and causing oneself to be victorious. In the forty-first chapter, it explains the method of accomplishing many armies and great power; in the forty-sixth chapter, it explains the accomplishment of Mahadeva and the Four Great Kings, etc. Here also, it says: "The blazing king, the invincible one, can be accomplished." This can be understood in this way. Second, regarding the supreme accomplishment, here it says: "Forty-two illusory mandalas, with the perfectly manifested net mandala, all mandalas that are complete in the ten directions and four times will be accomplished." This is only mentioned briefly, and needs to be supplemented by the explanatory tantras. In the root text, it says: "Accomplishing the collection of letters and illusions, accomplishing Vajrasattva and medicine, contemplating the five families and the five mothers, the accomplishment of bestowing blessings is twofold." And so on. Among them, the illusion of letters, just as rain of jewels falls from a cloud of jewels, through the samadhi of the illusion of letters, various siddhis can be transformed. The nature of mind is the nature of letters, letters are like wish-fulfilling jewel clouds, forty-two illusory mandalas, etc. This also relies on the samadhi of letters.
