《Essence of Limbs》 states: "Meditate well on the single-pointed, five-pointed, nine-pointed, and eleven-pointed aspects of the activities separately." In the commentary of the Eye Tantra, this means that the mudra of activity is to contemplate and establish the protector as the single-pointed Vajra. Furthermore, the five-pointed, nine-pointed, and eleven-pointed aspects, achieved by adding or subtracting fingers on the left and right hands, correspond to the order of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities. It is said. Secondly, in the increasing activity, it says: "By stirring the vajra three times, goddesses, naginis, and evil-natured women, oath-bound ones, and yoginis are brought under control." This means subduing the vidya and oath-bound ones in the wrathful form of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri. Similarly, in the four families of Herukas, by generating and transforming the mudras of each, the four activities are accomplished. Secondly, the main mind is divided into two: the mind of meaning and the mind of emptiness. The first is the mind of cause, which is necessary to pervade all four activities, as it understands the meaning of the indivisible truth, free from conceptual elaboration, and possesses the mind of enlightenment. As the Root Tantra of Fire Offering says: "Self-awareness is the essence of all Buddhas. For the sake of transforming all into self-mastery, this is said to be the main deity of accomplishment." It is said. If one possesses this, it is said that all four activities will be spontaneously accomplished. In the Eye Tantra, it says: "With the awareness that realizes self-knowing as the self-manifestation of wisdom's illusion, from the realm of equality of awareness, realizing it as the basis of the ground, knowing it to be unmixed and complete, whatever activity is performed, there is no fault. Without clinging to what is done, one acts for the benefit of others, so the accomplishment of the four results is not born from doing, but arises spontaneously. Therefore, it is not undesirable for one activity to accomplish four results." It is said. Furthermore, when performing activities through the gateway of stupas, if one establishes it through the samadhi of accomplishing meaning, it is said that all four activities can be accomplished. Secondly, the mind of circumstance is for the purpose of being a helpful friend, which is the universal motivation for the four activities. That is, in pacifying, the mind is pacified and clear; in increasing, the mind is joyful and delighted; in magnetizing, the mind is attached and infatuated; in wrathful, the mind is hateful and wrathful. In this very tantra, it says: "With delight, magnetize with attachment, with wrath, blaze forth Kali." It is said. Thirdly, the vidya, in this very tantra, it says: "Trees and thickets of saplings, single trees and fire touching,

In the small commentary called "Meaning Explanation," it says, "Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, outer, inner, and secret places." Here, the outer place is connected to the four inner samadhis. The secret place is identified as the mantra. From that, it says, "Uninjured, many sons increasing, without descendants, and inauspicious are secret." Therefore, the pacifying mother, like a tree, has the characteristics of a conch-shell woman, such as a beautiful body. As it says in the Magical Vajra, "White in color, small body, loud voice. Face and body are beautiful and crowned, hair whorls to the right. Limbs are slender and smooth, voice is clear. White wind, not sorrowful, heavy with calmness." The increasing mother, like a thicket of small branches, has the characteristics of a cow-like woman, with a full body and many siblings. From that, it says, "Moon and many limbs, slender and long with deep lines. Face and body are yellow and square. Drooping ears, full flesh and breasts. These should be taken at the time of increase." The magnetizing mother, like a single tree, has the body of a lotus woman, with a beautiful face and body, and no siblings. From that, it says, "Face color like a lotus, shape like Kama. Long eyebrows, body divided into upper and lower halves. Body has the fragrance of a river. Filled with ghee that creates happiness, without branches or holes. This is the supreme of magnetizing." The wrathful mother, like a tree touched by fire, has the characteristics of a tattooed woman, with a black color and harsh speech. From that, it says, "Black in color, shape like a square. Three hairs, hair black and rough. Possessing angry wrinkles and childish insolence, etc. Harsh, rude speech, without restraint. Said to cut off pure delusion." Fourth, the time to act: When the time comes to tame whatever outer and inner beings are to be tamed, then one should act. As it says in the Heart Drop, "The essence and subsequent pacification are two. Outwardly pacifying disease, obstacles, and enemies, inwardly pacifying afflictions and thoughts. The two increases are nourishing and augmenting. Nourishing death, old age, and ghosts. Life, wealth, lineage, and merit are the four inner fruits. Magnetizing is attracting and gathering, two. Outwardly attracting the form of Tara. Transforming the two kinds of discord. Gathering one's own five fruits."
