In the "Essence of Empowerment," it says: Four channels, four lights, six seeds. In brief, the essence is the Dharmakaya. Therefore, it is the Dharma wheel. The navel chakra is where the body first arises and is the abode of the Nirmanakaya, pervading the three realms, so it is the Nirmanakaya chakra. In the "Essence of Empowerment," it says: Sixty in a group, divided into one and four, pervading the three realms, it is the Nirmanakaya. Its self-commentary says: These spread from the navel and gather there. It pervades the body's form realm, the speech's desire realm, and the mind's formless realm, so it is the Nirmanakaya chakra. The two causal chakras are: Four fingers below the navel, at the location of Punaku, is the fire chakra, triangular in shape, marked with the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang). It says: Fire and Vajradhatvishvari, existing together, are said to be wrathful. Its commentary, "Fearless Garland," says: The location is four fingers below the Nirmanakaya chakra. Because it is connected to the channel of Dhatvishvari, it is called the Karma Dakini Sporama. Its shape is separated from the letter "ཨེ་ (E)," with sides, corners, edges, and a center, so there are eight Sporamas. Below that, at the bladder, is the wind chakra, shaped like a bow, marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang). It says: The wind is a curved bow shape, the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang) is in motion. The reason they are called chakras is that the spokes and other shapes are similar, and they have the same function as the wheel that binds and cuts off conceptual thoughts, so they are called that. If these channels are further analyzed, the body is formed in the womb, and after four weeks, there are eight months of gestation and four months outside, forming two hundred channels each day for twelve months. Therefore, there are twenty-four thousand channels, which maintain the lineages of nakedness, solitude, and the crown protuberance, with seventy-two thousand channels in three lifetimes. The "Compendium of Origins" says: The channels that follow the body are said to be seventy-two thousand. The channels that branch out from these are inconceivable; as many pores as there are, there are that many channels. Other tantras say that adding the crown chakra above the central channel and the secret chakra below, etc., the number is not definitely stated. In short, the yogi should know that there are tens of thousands of channels.

It speaks of the seventy-two channels, the wheel channels that are the most important of these, and the thirty-two channels that are even more important than these, and so on. The essence of the wind and mind of the six wheels is grasped, and the dregs cause disease. The crown and forehead cause phlegm diseases, the throat and heart cause bile diseases, the outer circle of the navel and secret place cause wind diseases, and the inner circle of the secret place causes combined diseases. There are three types of bodies: gross, subtle, and extremely subtle. This is the subtle body. The extremely subtle body is the nature of all channels, which is called the Middle Way of Union Wisdom. The winds that flow in these channels are of two types: karma winds and wisdom winds. Among them, the karma winds are: Life-sustaining (Srog 'dzin), upward-moving (Gyen rgyu), pervasive (Khyab byed), fire-equalizing (Me mnyam), and downward-clearing (Thur sel). These five are the winds of the root aggregates, and their functions are: to sustain life, to breathe, to maintain the body, to lower temperature, and to control walking, standing, and the three excretions of feces, urine, and semen. If they are disturbed, they can cause fainting, madness, death, etc., as well as upper body diseases, paralysis, shifting diseases, and lower body diseases. Some say that they are located in the center of the body, the upper part, the end of the skin, the boundary of digestion, and below the navel. Here it is said that they are located in the heart, throat, all the joints of the body, the navel, and the sexual organs, as stated in the Secret Essence Wrathful Power Tantra. It says: The pervasive wind resides in the joints, the Aggregate of Form is the Body of Vairochana. Etc. The five branch winds, such as the moving wind, reside in the five senses and perform functions such as generation. Among them: The place of the moving wind is the eyes, it moves throughout the ears, it moves correctly in the nose, it moves extremely in the tongue, and it moves definitely in the body. The eyes, ears, nose, and tongue, the eight Bodhisattvas such as Earth Heart, distinguish the inner and outer consciousness faculties. Etc., extensively explained. In particular, the wind moving in the nose, from the Tantra of the Net of Illusions, the Accomplishment of the Lord of Yoga of My Power, the mandala that moves sequentially from top to bottom and left to right is: Twenty-six hundred
