As it is said in "holding and dwelling," it is not like standing, but both are shown in the lotus posture. Regarding the lotus posture, the lamas say that the six lineages are the vajra lotus posture, and the mother is the lotus lotus posture. The five lineages of the expounder, the fathers, are the equal or complete lotus posture, and the mother embraces from the left side with the ascetic lotus posture. The third is, the six wisdoms, etc., to symbolize that the five wisdoms are self-born wisdom and possess six, so there are six hands, and to symbolize that they accomplish the benefit of beings, so they hold six hand seals, that is, the five families are the vajra and other five that become symbols of the five wisdoms, and the bell of the dharma realm seal. As it is said in the Great Tantra of Magical Play: "The nature of the six wisdoms, the seal is a precious burning sign, the vajra wheel jewel and the lotus bell, the lotus sword flame shines." The fourth is, body, speech, and mind, etc., that is, the body is emptiness, the speech is without characteristics, and the mind is without desire. These three are beyond the realm of consciousness, so they are inconceivable. The symbols of these three are also shown in the three colors of white, red, and blue on the head, respectively. These are to widely show the perfect teacher, as it is said in the Thall Tantra: "In the center of the wheel, above the fearless, the Lord Kunsang and the retinue, all arising illusionists, immovable kings dwell in front." Therefore, the teacher of the tantra is the six lineages of Kunsang, and the expounder is: Generally speaking, in the root text it says: "The expounder is the five lineages." Therefore, although it is the five lineages, in the context of mind-illusion, the immovable one dwells in front. Second, the expounder is the five Buddha families, father and mother. Among them, because they possess four similarities, it is not contradictory to show them with five. Therefore, first are the five father Buddhas, that is, the Bhagavan Tathagata Buddha, the King of Omniscience, etc. There are three points to this: explaining the distinctions, the reason for such purification, and the classification of its lineage. The first is, in the Later Tantra it says: "Form and feeling, thought and volition, and consciousness itself, the five aggregates are thus greatly proclaimed." Among them, consciousness is that which distinguishes objects.

The eight consciousnesses with their own characteristics are: the Alaya consciousness, afflicted mind, mind, and the five sense consciousnesses. Form: Fifteen dharmas with the characteristic of being able to be changed, namely: the four great elements as the cause of form, and the result of form, as the Treasury of Knowledge says: "Form is the five faculties and the five objects, and non-revealing form, which is eleven." Feeling is the characteristic of experiencing, namely: pleasure, pain, and neutral, three types. Perception is the characteristic of grasping the characteristics of objects, namely: vast, small, and immeasurable, three types. Formation is the mind with the characteristic of manifesting. It is also fifty-one mental factors, namely: five omnipresent, five object-specific, eleven virtuous, six root afflictions, twenty secondary afflictions, and four variable. The first is: feeling, perception, thought, contact, and attention, the five that are omnipresent at all times. The second is: desire, conviction, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom, the five that arise specifically in relation to an object. The third is: faith, shame, knowing embarrassment, non-attachment, non-anger, non-ignorance, diligence, carefulness, extreme familiarity, equanimity, and non-harming, these eleven are virtuous. The fourth is: desire, anger, pride, and ignorance, doubt, and such evil views, these are the six root afflictions. The fifth is: wrath, resentment, concealment, vexation, jealousy, stinginess, deceit, cunning, shamelessness, lack of embarrassment, lethargy, disbelief, laziness, recklessness, forgetfulness, non-awareness, distraction, twenty secondary afflictions. The sixth is: sleep, regret, investigation, and analysis, these four are variable. Thus, among the fifty-one mental factors, removing feeling and perception, the remaining forty-nine are formations. Why is it that among the five omnipresent, feeling and perception are established as separate aggregates? The Treasury of Knowledge says: Because they are the root of disputes, the cause of cyclic existence, feeling and perception among the mental factors are established as separate aggregates. Thus, the five aggregates have eighty branches, as the Spar Khab says: Those with their own eighty branches are known as the complete five Buddhas. Here, some say: In other treatises, the aggregate of form is mentioned first in the order of the aggregates, why is consciousness mentioned first here? The answer is: In this
