Ground not examining once, then examining. That's it. The difference between the two is: For those with sharp faculties, directly revealing the hidden meaning without relying on examination is without examination; for those with dull faculties, relying on examination and revealing the meaning indirectly is the reason for examination. The first is like showing gold directly to someone who wants to see gold. As the Lamrim says: "Therefore, viewing gold is like gold, without aiming at actions for self, without seeking contemplation and grasping, seeing that very nature by merely speaking of it." If the opposite of a reason that does not need to be examined is consistent with what is to be measured, or not? It is consistent, otherwise it would not be called a reason. Then, is there a flaw in not examining? There is no flaw, because the method of measuring is understood quickly, so here it is considered without examination. The latter, which requires examination, includes reasons where words and meanings agree and disagree. The first is further divided into meaning and classification. The first is that, like commonalities, establishing the meaning to be proven and the reason without contradiction is a reason where words and meanings agree. The second is divided into valid scripture and reasons of homophones with different meanings. The first is further divided into meaning and determination. The first is to establish both words and meanings as they are known in this scripture. The second is divided into four realizations, three purities, four equalities, and the reason of the great self, and four. The first is: In this very text, "The same cause and the form of letters, blessings and the manifest, with four kinds of excellent realization, all are manifest and complete great kings." Among the four realizations, the same cause is: Samsara and Nirvana, both being phenomena, have the same cause, because the cause of both is the same in mind, and their nature is the same in being unborn, therefore, from realization and non-realization, they appear as Samsara and Nirvana. For example, the false accusation of mistaking a prince for a commoner, and the valid cognition of determining him as a prince, are both the same in essence as a prince. Also, in the Ocean it says: "In the realm of Dharma-nature, the way is one, all self-appearing phenomena, all are realized in the mind of Bodhi." And, in this very text, it says: "That

Shin Therefore, all Sugatas and all dharmas are characterized by being one in the essence of being primordially enlightened. The nature of letters is that the radiance of mind itself, which is unborn, is such that the unobstructed play manifests as the body, speech, and mind of deities, because it is symbolized and realized through the symbolizing letters, just like pointing to the moon with a finger. Furthermore, in the Ocean it says: "Those that appear as body, speech, and mind, all are realized as ornaments of speech, all are letters of speech, and are sealed with skillful means." It is said. Wherever meaning is realized through the symbolizing letters, it is realized through the nature of letters, as it says here: "Letters rely on sounds, assigned names, and are well symbolized by relying on words, revealing the hidden meaning from within." Therefore, blessing is that both appearance and emptiness are dharmas, they are inseparable, and by the power of truly realizing that the two are inseparable, the blessing force arises from realizing that they are primordially enlightened in the inseparability of truth. For example, just as white cloth has the ability to be transformed into red by madder. Furthermore, in the Ocean it says: "The inseparable blessing of that very thing, that itself is the blessing of that, self-manifesting in a non-dual manner, the wonders of blessing are inconceivable." And also, in Ngamglok it says: "From the blessing of the unborn realm, knowing all dharmas to appear, such is its very nature." It is said. Manifest is that the truth is an inseparable dharma, its nature is beyond the realm of the mind, because by purifying the lineage, one manifestly realizes the state of being free from the inseparable realm of experience. For example, just as with pure eyes, the manifest seeing of a white conch shell is the very nature of the conch's color. Furthermore, in the Ocean it says: "These self-arisen, self-manifesting dharmas, in the non-dual self-awareness of the unborn, are clearly manifest without doubt, and are taught as the supreme of all realizations." And also, in Ngamglok it says: "Not relying on others, not contradicting, if decided by manifest awareness, then the yogi reaches the ground." And also, in Ta Treng it says: That all dharmas abide in the state of being primordially enlightened is also not contradictory to the scriptures and instructions, nor is it merely relying on the words of the scriptures and instructions, but rather realizing it manifestly by believing in the depths of one's own awareness.
