Thus, the Tathagata is the five families. Thus, the bindu, bodhicitta, method, and wisdom are inseparable, which is the vajra. From that arise conceptualizations, faculties, objects, and times, and the consciousnesses that individually cognize objects, all the heroes and heroines, and the subjugators, fathers and mothers, etc., are all purified in the realm of experience of great bliss wisdom, hence it is the mandala of Samantabhadra. All of these are also perfected as the wisdom of the spontaneously arising realm, hence it is the great essence. In union with that, in the wheel of the heart, the profound intention of all the Buddhas, the deep wisdom of emptiness, the appearance of wisdom like a mirror, etc., the five are naturally present from the beginning. By looking at that, from the heart down, focusing the mind on the bindu of the navel and meditating, the light of the heart bindu and the warmth of the essence go down, touching the bindu of the five elements, and blazing with light, the conceptualizations become clear as body and wisdom. That warmth again goes up and dissolves into the essence of the heart, then the bliss and warmth of the essence blaze greatly, and the coarse wind ceases to flow, so the bindu has no coming or going, and remains unmoving from the place of the heart, and great bliss, self-aware wisdom, arises spontaneously, and one looks and practices in a way that there is no object of observation or observer, this is the instruction for meditating on the navel wheel. Third, the heart essence bindu, etc., are three lines. In the center of the sixteen petals of the throat channel, there is a dakini named Wrathful Woman, who abides in the form of the letter A(藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:阿), because the essence of food and drink is gathered there, it is the heart essence bindu. That light and warmth of the great essence of the heart go up, and the dissolving essence increases in the heart. Because the breath dissolves into the bindu, the wind and conceptualizations cease, and the two wheels are joined equally in bliss at the same time. Because they are joined in this way, the self-sound abiding in great bliss, the play of the five wisdoms without interruption, the warmth, wind, and three channels merge into one, and with the wisdom of bliss and clarity, without conceptualization, in the unwavering self-luminous great joy, in the state of non-duality of object and subject One offers the offering, which is called the instruction for meditating on the throat wheel. Fourth, leakage, etc., are nine lines. The thirty-two petals of the great bliss wheel on the crown of the head

In the center, Samantabhadra abides in the form of a lunar bindu Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Moreover, the bliss of the throat chakra bindu is the non-leaking bliss because the duality of subject and object ceases. That bindu, through the power of uninterrupted merit, the bindu itself is without inherent existence. The wisdom of great bliss appears as an illusion. From that, the play of bliss manifests as an infinite mandala of light, which is called supreme. The light of the throat chakra bindu is extremely difficult to realize, so it is secret. It is transferred to the bindu of the great bliss chakra, melts into light, and becomes a totality, thus becoming the nature of great bliss. That is one taste with the Dharmadhatu, and all three realms are not separate. The wisdom of bliss-emptiness, non-conceptual, arises like the sky and becomes the possessor of all things, which is called becoming the Dharmakaya. That is the essence of the intention of all Buddhas of the three times. Thus, when a yogi becomes the great bliss Dharmakaya, all the complete Buddhas who have gone and remained in the ten directions and four times are not different from oneself, so one sees the face of the Buddha at once. That controls speech, and the supreme qualities and activities reach perfection, and the mind becomes one with the ultimate wisdom. This is the oral instruction for practicing the crown chakra. Thus, to briefly summarize the order of the four chakras, the wisdom arising from the practice of the heart chakra, which is free from all elaborations, is the Dharmakaya. The wisdom from the practice of the navel chakra, in which the forty-two thoughts are purified as deities, is the Nirmanakaya. The bliss-emptiness, non-conceptual wisdom of the throat chakra is the Sambhogakaya. The bliss-emptiness, non-conceptual wisdom of the crown chakra is the Mahasukha Kaya. Moreover, the essence of essences, the essence of the center of the four chakras, dissolves into the immovable light, thus arising the great wisdom of bliss-emptiness, non-conceptual, the nature of reality without one or many, the supreme, unchanging light. Secondly, the oral instruction on the play of the three realms through the lower gate will be explained in three parts: method becoming wisdom, wisdom becoming method, and the union of method and wisdom being inseparable. The first is, possessing the mandala, etc., the verse.
