The fourth bhumi is the Radiating Light. Because of performing the two benefits simultaneously, the fifth bhumi is difficult to purify. Because the nature of mind is self-luminous in the absence of objects, the sixth bhumi is manifest. Having gone far from extreme views, the seventh bhumi is the Far-Going. Because there is no object of distraction, the eighth bhumi is the Immovable. Possessing the wisdom of spontaneously accomplished qualities, the ninth bhumi is the Good Intelligence. Because those qualities become the source of all, the tenth bhumi is the Cloud of Dharma. Ultimately, the three Buddha-bhumis are also accomplished, namely, the wisdom of self-awareness that does not fixate on anything, which pervades and appears everywhere, is the unceasing means, that is, the bhumi of All-Illuminating Light. Without moving from that, the wisdom that is not stained by uncontrived, non-fixating wisdom is supreme because it is skillful in means, that is, the bhumi of the Lotus-Possessor. The blessing body of the supreme wisdom free from elaboration, and the mandala of wisdom, which can show the spontaneous accomplishment without effort, is the supreme wisdom, that is, the bhumi of the Great Assembly Wheel. In the Small Commentary, it says: "Means is the All-Illuminating Light, wisdom is the Lotus-Holder, means and wisdom are supreme, that is the Great Assembly Wheel." Thus, the ten bhumis are the causal bhumis, gathered by the three: view, meditation, and action, because they are the bhumis of abandoning what is to be abandoned and generating antidotes. Therefore, it is the nature of the bhumi. The three, All-Illuminating Light and so on, are the ultimate result, the nature of the one Buddha-bhumi, named by dividing the qualities of the three kayas. All those differences of bhumis and paths will be spontaneously perfected quickly without having to practice for a long time. So, are the All-Illuminating Light of the causal vehicle and the All-Illuminating Light among the three ultimate bhumis the same? They are not the same. As it says in the Stages of the Path: "The efforts of the path are all, for the sake of generating joy, All-Illuminating Light, showing the dense arrangement of Vajradhara, spoken of as the division of the three ultimate bhumis." And so on, from the rest of the text: "Because one obtains one's own bhumi, to say they are one is darkness." And also in the Lamp Ornament: "Your ultimate All-Illuminating Light is the abode of the great means vehicle." And also, as quoted in Arya Deva's Eye Lamp Self-Commentary: "The All-Illuminating Light traversed by the cause is the Dharmakaya of the great means path." Thus, in this very one

If someone asks, does this contradict "entering into quiescence and abiding in the fruit of the One Vehicle"? The answer is: Although different fruits are obtained according to the goals of their respective stages, in terms of the ultimate and perfect fruit, they converge into one, so there is no contradiction. As it is said in the scripture: "Although the grounds are different, they are the path to the secret essence, with immeasurable wisdom and wonder, and ultimately will not change." Second, the instantaneous fruit, i.e., "all mandalas" and other two lines. Because of the thorough combination with wisdom, all the mandalas to be accomplished, and the wisdom belonging to the four vidyadharas, which is the fruit of the path, appear instantaneously in one's own mind. Therefore, all the great qualities of the mandala of the ultimate fruit will also be accomplished effortlessly. As it is said in the scripture: "Abiding in the equal samaya, one will attain the great perfection of equality." Second, there are two ways of speaking: one is that the Buddha's words represent the secret mantra, and the other is the merit of speaking the scriptures. First, "Vajra" etc., the meaning of these tsok offerings is expressed in words by Vajradhara, the lord of secrets. Second, "Thus" etc. and "Especially" etc. It means that the Thus Gone One, the speaker, personally and especially speaks to the Thus Gone One in the retinue, so that all appearances and experiences manifest as the play of wisdom, making the cloud-like assembly rejoice. Third, the combination of two names, i.e., "Secret" etc. This tantra has twenty-two chapters, among which, by offering this (i.e., the tsok offerings) to fortunate people, with rich resources, with joyful assemblies of gods, and those who enjoy without clinging to appearances, it is a great tsok. In this way, the chapter on performing tsok offerings in the form of one, three, or five mandala combinations is the eleventh and twelfth chapters. The thirteenth chapter has three parts: history, text, and title. First is "Then" etc. It means that after teaching the tsok offering, in order to teach the heart essence of the expedient liberation, all the Thus Gone Ones of the ten directions and four times, whose body, speech, and mind are inseparable, the vajra mandala, are non-different from the self-appearance of awareness wisdom, and the teacher, the Bhagavan, who abides in unity, rejoices.
