Since it is pure from the very beginning, Dharma and Dharmata are naturally connected, and the wisdom of all Buddhas is no different from the Dharmadhatu of all Dharmas, therefore the object and subject are connected in a naturally inseparable way. When the Buddhas practiced the conduct of Bodhi in the past, they vowed to liberate all sentient beings with great compassion, thus they are connected with karma and compassion. Because of being connected by these three connections, it is permissible to say that they are viewed with compassion. Because the appearance of the beings to be tamed is not established as real, they are viewed without any object of focus, this is the wisdom of knowing reality as it is. The six realms of the world, all appearances such as time sequence, high and low status, are clearly seen, this is the wisdom of knowing all that exists. Seeing all the Dharmas of Samsara and Nirvana as appearing but without inherent existence is called non-dual wisdom. Thus the teacher specially proclaimed. The third is the title: Secret, etc. This Tantra has twenty-two chapters, among which this chapter speaks of obtaining the three Vajra bodies through three stages, the chapter on vows that are extremely secret and difficult to transgress, which is the ninth chapter. The tenth chapter has three parts: history, text, and title. The first is: Then, etc. Briefly explaining the method of entering the Mandala and bestowing empowerment in accordance with the capacity, then, in order to show the order of how to request, the Bhagavan Great Bliss Dharma King entered the Samadhi called giving the rank appropriate to the fortune, and spoke this word for the sake of empowerment. Secondly, the text has three parts: the order of empowerment, the faults of not empowering, and the merits of empowering. First, in this section explaining the order of empowerment, in general, the lineage of the Secret Pure Great Garuda is divided into two, earlier and later. Those who hold the earlier tradition summarize all empowerments into three: corresponding, empowerment substance, and empowerment method. However, later, if the method of summarizing into eight meanings is emphasized, as it is said in the Vajra Karma Sequence: "Cause, condition, nature, and result, order, karma, fault, merit, eight," then there are eight meanings. The first cause has two, the corresponding one is wind.

The mind, channels, and bindus naturally possess eighteen empowerments. As stated in the Lamrim: "The channels and bindus, the basis of the place, possess ten, five, and three empowerments." Therefore, for both benefit and ability, there are their respective places of gathering, and the three superior truths of the profound empowerment. The accompanying substance is: for both benefit and ability, there are consecrated empowerment substances; for the profound empowerment, there is a blessed Mudra. Second, regarding the conditions, there are four: the disciple's condition, who is qualified to receive the three empowerments of benefit, ability, and profundity, through the sequence of possessing faith, diligence, and asceticism. The qualified master who can bestow the three empowerments is the condition of ownership. The special ability of possessing substances, mantras, samadhi, etc., is the condition of the object. The preceding empowerment opens the way for the subsequent empowerment, which is the immediately following condition. Third, the essence is. As stated in the Vajra Karma Sequence: "The essence, by the characteristic of the vessel, transforms into five forms." Therefore,
