Na, although there is no mother with a marked symbol, here there is no separation from the mother of the unconditioned Dharma realm, so may it be pleased. Fifth, the mudra of Samantabhadra and consort: Samantabhadra, etc., are five lines, that is, the performer Samantabhadra, with the right hand placed on top in meditative equipoise, from which radiate the rays of the five wisdoms. The mother is transformed from that, with the left hand placed on top in meditative equipoise. The sitting posture is the father in complete vajra posture, and the mother in lotus posture. Furthermore, the difference in the mother's mudra is that the nature of Dharma is not obstructed by anything, so it is not fixed as one but appears in various ways. How is it? Is it the meditative equipoise of the Tathagata father Samantabhadra that has not changed? Or is it the vajra palms joined at the heart? Also, in some precepts, the last three lines are made for the purpose of collecting the categories of general mudras. Because of the power of those to be tamed, when accomplishing each family, their mudras are uncertain, such as showing the mudra of that family and its symbols. Also, if one does not have the mudras of each deity and prefers to summarize, then only the mudras of the five Tathagata families or the general samaya mudra as previously described. If that is not possible, then it is considered acceptable to make only the vajra palms. Third, the mudra of view: The great mudra, etc., is one verse. All conceptual thoughts are the great mudra, the indivisibility of appearance and emptiness, like the illusory body of the deity, appearing as the play of the three vajras. This supreme gathering is the means to prevent the extremes of samsara and nirvana, and wisdom is inseparable. If one has the wisdom to realize the profound meaning of the union of self-luminous non-objectivity and it arises in the continuum, then even if the body does not move and the limbs do not stir, everything that is done and appears does not deviate from the state of the deity's body, the great mudra, so it is not necessary to bind artificial mudras such as changing hands. Fourth, the mudra with elaboration has two aspects: how to train in the differentiation of appearances, and how it accomplishes the purpose. The first also has three aspects: training in the mandala of the thousand Buddhas, twenty-four thousand, and the spontaneous accomplishment of Samyasa. The first is: limbs, etc., three lines, the forty-four deities of the limbs, the two root deities, father and mother.

Meditating on having completeness, that is, in the father's place of conceptualization, seventeen fathers together with six capable ones, making twenty-three. In the mother's place of conceptualization, seventeen mothers are placed. How are they placed? One's own self is visualized as Akshobhya, with Vairochana on the head, Samantabhadra on the right hand, Ratnasambhava on the left, Amitabha on the left foot, and Amoghasiddhi on the right. On the right side of the four roots of the eyes, ears, nose, and tongue, respectively, are placed Kshitigarbha, Vajrapani, Akashagarbha, and Avalokiteshvara. On the left side of the roots are placed Maitreya, Nivarana-vishkambhin, Samantabhadra, and Manjushri. On the right palm is placed Yamantaka, on the left is Mahabala, on the left sole is Hayagriva, on the right is Kundali, on the topknot is the goddess, on the shoulder joint is the Asura, in the heart is the human, in the navel is the animal, in the throat is the preta, and in the secret place are placed the Buddhas of hell. Similarly, on the five limbs of the mother Vajradhatvishvari, are placed the five mothers such as Lochana and Bhadra. On the right side of the four, such as the eyes, are placed the four goddesses of objects such as Lasya, and on the left are placed the four goddesses of time such as Dhupa. On the soles of the feet and hands are placed the four doorkeepers, arranged in the order of the father. The forty limb deities combined of father and mother are called the deities of means from the aspect of being gross and dwelling outside. Thus, each of those forty deities of means, at the core of their life, one visualizes the limb deities, wisdom beings, similar to oneself, without ornaments and hand implements, each the size of a cubit, emanating forth. From the aspect of being subtle and dwelling inside, they are called the forty deities of wisdom. Each of the forty limb deities placed on the two root deities, each of those forty deities of means, emanates three deities of body, speech, and mind blessings, becoming one hundred and twenty. Each of the one hundred and sixty deities combined of the deities of means and the deities of blessings, is headed by the lord of their own family, with five crown deities each, becoming eight hundred. In short, the forty deities of means, the forty deities of wisdom, the one hundred and twenty deities of body, speech, and mind, and the eight hundred crown deities, all combined, visualizing a thousand deities of limbs and additions on the two root father and mother deities, is to train in the mandala of the thousand Buddhas. Second, "having completeness" etc. are three lines, the main deity of where and how those thousand Buddha mandalas have completeness.
