Placing myself in the heart as a mudra, visualize the four syllables Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āṃ (藏文:ཨཱཾ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āṃ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the same color as the family, and think that the tips of the raised fingers are the heart hand symbols of each, the wheel, the jewel, the lotus, and the sword, blazing with light. The left hand, with the moon subdued, rings the bell with a fist hiding the five syllables of the mother, and the left thigh relies on the Dharma in the manner of embracing the mother. Again, from the left, whichever family mother is clear, hiding the four syllables on the left, placing the raised fingers of one's own family in the heart as a mudra, Visualize the four syllables Lāṃ (藏文:ལཱཾ,梵文天城体:लां,梵文罗马拟音:lāṃ,汉语字面意思:蓝), Māṃ (藏文:མཱཾ,梵文天城体:मां,梵文罗马拟音:māṃ,汉语字面意思:麻), Pāṃ (藏文:པཱཾ,梵文天城体:पां,梵文罗马拟音:pāṃ,汉语字面意思:帕), Tāṃ (藏文:ཏཱཾ,梵文天城体:तां,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:当) of the family color, and think that the tips of the raised fingers are filled with the sound of ringing bells, blazing with light. The right hand, the sun with the five syllables, acts without restraint, and is placed on the father's right thigh, embracing and bowing the head to the father, looking at the face with a smiling radiance. Recite mantras around each of the father and mother, and liberate by mutually increasing skillful means and wisdom. Secondly, the mudras of the hero and heroine are, the lotus, Nāga tree, etc., are three verses. On the four fingers of the right hand, except for the thumb, draw a sun disc on each finger starting from the index finger, and write the seed syllables of the four heart heroes. Kṣa (藏文:ཀྵཱི,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:克夏), Traṃ (藏文:ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्र,梵文罗马拟音:traṃ,汉语字面意思:扎), Hrīṃ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཾ,梵文天城体:ह्रीं,梵文罗马拟音:hrīṃ,汉语字面意思:舍), Jriṃ (藏文:ཛྲིཾ,梵文天城体:ज्रि,梵文罗马拟音:jriṃ,汉语字面意思:哲) and the life of the speech hero Ce (藏文:ཚེ,梵文天城体:चे,梵文罗马拟音:ce,汉语字面意思:则), Mai (藏文:མཻ,梵文天城体:मै,梵文罗马拟音:mai,汉语字面意思:麦), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Mūṃ (藏文:མཱུཾ,梵文天城体:मूं,梵文罗马拟音:mūṃ,汉语字面意思:芒). On the four fingertips of the left hand, write the seed syllables of the four inner mothers on each moon disc, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Traṃ (藏文:ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्र,梵文罗马拟音:traṃ,汉语字面意思:扎), Hrīṃ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཾ,梵文天城体:ह्रीं,梵文罗马拟音:hrīṃ,汉语字面意思:舍), Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:阿) and the outer mind mothers Jaḥ (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:ज,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:扎), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:榜), Hoḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:火). From the body that appears as whichever hero or heroine, hide the three syllables, and at the tip of the raised fingers of one's own family, visualize that the respective seed syllables are completely transformed into Mañjuśrī's lotus, Maitreya's Nāga tree, etc., the heart hand symbols blazing with light. Similarly, the jewel sprout of Kṣitigarbha, the sword of Ākāśagarbha blazing with light, Avalokiteśvara's white lotus, Vajrapāṇi's vajra blazing with light, Nivarana's wheel of Dharma, Samantabhadra's jewel spike, these are the eight fathers. And those mothers, the beautiful mirror that reveals the charming form, Māle's jewel rosary, Gīrti's lute, Nirti's dancer's supreme symbol, the fly-whisk, similarly, Puṣpa's flower garland and the incense burner.

The Dhūbe Mā being held, the Āloke lamp, the application of Gandhe Mā's fragrance, etc., are contemplated as blazing with light. Within the category of "etc.," the left hands of the eight bodhisattvas, marked with the moon, conceal the seed syllables. Holding and ringing the bell, with the left thigh arranged to rely on the Dharma. Contemplate that this posture and the heads of the Father also slightly incline towards the Mother. The right hands of the eight Mind Mamas, marked with the sun, unbound by the five-pronged vajra, cling to the Father's right thigh, relying on action, intertwining with each other, and their heads slightly bowing towards the Father, arranging themselves in this manner, and at the end of contemplation, each reciting their respective mantras, releasing each other through the mutual increase of skillful means and wisdom. In short, as in the case of the Great Seal and the seven seals of the five families mentioned above, skillful means and wisdom are inseparably intertwined within the sphere of the nature of reality. The third is the seal of the gatekeepers, Father and Mother: the four gates, etc., have seven parts. The seals of the wrathful Father and Mother residing at the four gates are as before, with each of the four fingers of the right hand bearing a "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), and the fingers of the left hand bearing "Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ" (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हुं वं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 扎 吽 邦 霍), manifesting as the forms of the respective deities, with the fingers of their own families extended from the fists, and the seed syllables appearing at the tips of each finger. The "Nṛ" (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: 尼) of Yamāntaka with its head raised, the five-pronged vajra of the powerful one used to suppress, the skull staff of Hayagrīva entwined with a great serpent used to suppress, and the nectar swirl vajra crossed vajra as a sign of action used to suppress, and contemplate the four Mothers transformed into skull blood. Likewise, those residing at the four gates, the left hands of the Fathers all make threatening gestures, and the right hands of the Mothers hold in order a hook, a rope, a chain, and a bell that produces joy, saying "Hoḥ" (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 霍), with the Father and Mother embracing each other in a manner of mutual bowing and inclining, as mentioned above. The fourth is the seal of the six Thubpas: the six Thubpas, etc., have three parts. The seals of the six Thubpas are various in order to subdue uncertain beings to be tamed, but if their categories are briefly summarized, they can be summarized into six seals. As it is said in the Vajra: "Lute, armor, tilted box, Bodhi, flame, should be known in water." Therefore, contemplate those emblems arising from the seed syllables such as "Truṃ" (Tibetan: ཏྲུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: truṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 仲) being held at the heart. Here, one might wonder, is there no seal for the six Thubpas to be pleased by the union of skillful means and wisdom?
