It is merely hearing various aspects of the Dharma. As it is said in the Samadhiraja Sutra: "Kaundinya, I have only spoken of the Suchness of form, some have heard that form is emptiness, some have heard that form is not emptiness, some have heard that form is bliss, some have heard that form is suffering." Thirdly, the types of speech are: Like scriptures, etc., three and a half verses. For example, even if all the meanings of the scriptures are expressed in words, if measured by the Suchness of Dharma, it is inexpressible. There is nothing spoken at all, this is the Dharmakaya, the meaning of unborn speech. That very meaning of speech is not established as a symbol in letters, and cannot be expressed in sound, even though sound and words do not arise on the tip of the tongue, it shows the meaning to be measured in the minds of the retinue through bodily gestures, therefore it is the Sambhogakaya, the speech of intentional signs. That very speech of awareness and wisdom, with the all-pervading compassion and the blessing of speech in which all sounds are spontaneously accomplished in the nature of reality, accomplishes the meaning with the power of unceasingness, this is the speech of manifest enlightenment, awareness, and blessing. For any being to be tamed, the various sounds and meanings that accord with their inclinations are clearly expressed separately with one word, and the meaning is communicated through hearing, this is the Nirmanakaya, the speech of expressed words. Thus, even in clarity, it is imperceptible, therefore the nature of speech is indivisible, it is the supreme Vajra, the indivisible Vajra speech. In the same way, the activities of benefiting beings through the speech of the Buddhas are manifested from the inexpressible nature of Suchness, and although they do not move from it, they arise spontaneously from the compassion of the Victorious Ones and the inclinations of those to be tamed. For example, the sound of an echo in a valley, even without any intention to express, conceptualization, or effort, the form of sound arises due to conditions. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: "Just as the sound of an echo, arises from the consciousness of another, so too the speech of the Tathagatas, does not abide either outside or inside." Thirdly, the title of the chapter is: Secret, etc. This Tantra has twenty-two chapters, of which, this (chapter) summarizes all the mandalas of the nature of speech into five speeches, and more...

The seventh chapter on the Samadhi Mandala of Speech, which explains the meaning of the secret mantra. The eighth chapter has three parts: history, text, and name. First, starting with "Then, thus," etc., after explaining the Mandala of Speech, in order to show the three mandalas of nature, view, and higher samadhi, that is, the Mudra of Mind, the self-nature of all Tathagatas gathered together, all the limbs of body and discrimination, which are naturally accomplished as the mandala of body and wisdom, are blessed to be perfected by the yoga of realization and habituation, which is called the sequence of Mudras, and is specifically declared. Second, the text has five parts: the Mudra of Nature, the Mudra of Higher Samadhi, the Mudra of View, the teaching of Samadhi with the Mudra of Proliferation, and the conclusion through the door of the nomenclature of the Mudras. First, with one verse such as "The net of illusion," all dharmas are spontaneously manifested and perfectly enlightened by nature in the mandala of the union of the net of illusion. Therefore, in all collections of thoughts, the most excellent Mudra of Dharmata Bodhicitta Samantabhadra is sealed. That is, the three states of abiding, realization, and manifestation are called the Mudras of Nature, View, and Fruit. Thus, the secret that is difficult to realize, in that only Suchness, is sealed with the Mudra of the essence of Dharmata, which is as difficult to transgress as the royal seal, and never transcends it. Second, there are three: the cause of the Mudra, the five families arising from it, the general vows, and the Mudras of the individual deities arising from it. First, with one verse such as "Immovable," etc. In the commentary, it says: The head is the Tathagata family, the right hand is Vajra Immovable, the left hand is the Ratna family, the left foot is the Dharma family, and the right foot is the Karma family. Thus, the five limbs of the body, as well as the phalanxes of the limbs, Vajra, the fingers Tathagata, the ring finger Ratna, the thumb Padma, the little finger Karma family, all the limbs and phalanxes are spontaneously accomplished as the mandala of the five families. Therefore, the five forks of the fingers of the right hand of the Immovable family have five sun mandalas.
