Because there is no establishment from the very beginning. In the realm of equality of samsara and nirvana, even a momentary stream of wrong conception is not established, therefore all phenomena are realized as having a single root in the dharma-nature of mind. Thus, since the stream of wrong conception is completely purified, all phenomena are realized as having a single root in the realm of equality, without obstruction in the form of letters and syllables. That is, in the form of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: without), which symbolizes unborn, is the nature of speech. In that, nothing is obstructed, in the form of U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal Chinese meaning: having), which symbolizes dominion, is the nature of body. Combining the two letters and adorning them with a bindu, the awareness that realizes non-duality manifests as the five wisdoms, realized in the form of OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), which symbolizes it, is the nature of mind, that is, the form of letters and syllables. Thus, by the power of realizing as a single root and in the form of letters and syllables, in the non-dual truth, the blessing of realizing enlightenment from the very beginning arises spontaneously. Like self-knowing self-experiencing, realizing in a non-objective self-illuminating way, is the reason for the four realizations. The second is, self and other, etc., two lines. Self is the five aggregates, other is the five elements, the stream of conception is consciousness, these internal and external phenomena are naturally pure, these three are purified in order as the five father lineages, the five mother lineages, and the five wisdoms. The third is the tenet. The result measured by these reasons, as before, there is no degeneration from the very nature. Thus, all phenomena, the non-dual truth of nature, established in the dharma-nature free from elaboration, is the tenet of this unsurpassed Vajrayana, surpassing the vehicles of characteristics and outer tantras, therefore it is supreme. Second, establishing the past dharma as inexpressible, there are five: Showing the result that definitely arises from the four vehicles as the unsurpassed vehicle. Showing all phenomena as the illusion of no self-nature. Although there is no change in Buddha and Dharma, it is taught as such for the sake of taming beings. Showing the greatness of the tantra. All of these are merely imputed, showing as the inexpressible nature. The first is, four vehicles, etc., two lines. With the four vehicles of gods and humans, hearers and self-realizers, bodhisattvas, the evil destinies and samsara of their respective dissimilar sides.

Moreover, one will certainly be liberated from the two extremes. As such, the result of certain liberation is solely this unsurpassed Great Vehicle. Because this is what they attain, and there is nothing more profound or in need of cultivation than this, it is the definitive fruit and also the place of abiding. Secondly, it is explained with the two verses beginning with "By truly realizing." If one thoroughly examines and analyzes with the wisdom that realizes the true state of reality, then all phenomena are in a state of emptiness where nothing is established in its own nature. They merely manifest in interdependence, without any obstruction, so the various skillful means can also accord with the minds of those to be tamed and be accomplished without being wasted. Thirdly, it is explained with the one verse beginning with "Buddha." In reality, since the three bodies are inseparable, the emanation body of the Buddha also does not completely pass into nirvana. Moreover, the Dharma he taught will not disappear until samsara is empty, because he has the perfect great compassion to liberate all sentient beings. However, the appearance of change is to ripen and tame sentient beings who do not understand the true nature. From the Buddha's first appearance in the world until the final demonstration of nirvana, and the way the teachings flourish and decline, all are merely emanations and not their own nature. As it says in the General Sutra: "You are the nature of space, without arising or ceasing, in accordance with the world, you intend to tame by nirvana." And as it says in the Golden Light Sutra: "The Buddha, the Bhagavan, is inconceivable, the Tathagata is the eternal body, for the benefit of sentient beings, he shows various forms." Fourthly, it is explained with the two verses beginning with "Discipline." In which the three trainings of higher discipline, higher concentration, and higher wisdom are mainly taught, and the Vinaya Pitaka, Sutra Pitaka, and Abhidhamma Pitaka are established accordingly, as well as the Kriya Tantra, which is bound by vows that are difficult to transgress, such as bathing and cleansing, and the Carya Tantra, which is practiced by relying on both Kriya and Yoga, and the Yoga Tantra, which accomplishes meaning by relying mainly on yoga, with the actions of body and speech being merely auxiliary, and the generation stage such as the three rituals of generation, and the Anuttara Yoga Tantra, which mainly teaches the clear light of the completion stage, and the way of completing the generation stage and the bliss and emptiness of the completion stage.
