Thus, for those sentient beings, the Tathagata who has realized the means of taming tames them by engaging in the four activities that purify the continuum. The third is the title: Secret, etc. This tantra has twenty-two chapters, and among them, this chapter manifests the four spontaneously accomplished activities from the beginning, hence it is called the Blessing Chapter, which is the twentieth chapter. The twenty-first chapter has three parts: history, text, and title. The first is: Then, etc. After fully explaining the mandala of the wrathful deities, in order to praise the self-manifest mandala, the Bhagavan Great Blissful Blood Drinker, the mandala of the assembly of fifty-eight, with extremely fierce radiance, sang these six pleasing songs in the self-manifest wheel. Second, the text is divided into two: separately praising the five result dharmas and generally praising the support and the supported. The first is divided into five, the first is the praise of the body: Hūṃ. Great Fierce One, etc. The leading Hūṃs, etc., are the songs of the manifestation of the wrathful deities, and each song symbolizes the five bodies and five wisdoms. Among them, the body of the Great Glorious One is: because of taming the arrogant ones, he is the Great Fierce One, from the body that burns like the great fire of the end of time, like the simultaneous rising of a million suns of wisdom rays, with great majesty subduing all. The unpleasant wrathful wrinkles change like a thousand flashes of lightning simultaneously, making threats. The sharp teeth that cut off the wicked are sharp objects called ཏཱིཀྵ(藏文,梵文天城体,tīkṣṇa,sharp), which can chew and swallow all the untamed, and are the Great Terrifier. The final ཧོཿ(藏文,梵文天城体,hoḥ,exclamation) etc. are the joyful laughter. The second is the praise of speech: Fierce, etc. The terrifying, wrathful, and fierce roar of speech is like a thousand thunders sounding simultaneously, the violence of the sound is like the simultaneous destruction of a million Mount Merus. ཨ་ལ་(藏文,梵文天城体,ala, exclamation) and ཧ་ཧ་(藏文,梵文天城体,haha, laughter) and ཨ་ལ་ལ་(藏文,梵文天城体,alala, loud laughter) etc., the great vajra laughter shakes the three realms. The great wind of scattering, ejected from the force of breath, can confuse the wicked, like the great wind of the end of time destroying everything.

In terms of praise: It is the wrathful wisdom and so on. With great wisdom, to the ignorant beings, the wrathful one who is wrathful by natural power, with true wisdom dispels the darkness of those to be tamed, hence it is great light. With the mandala of the five wisdoms of the mind, all objects of knowledge are known simultaneously and without obstruction. With the burning wisdom, all the wrong thoughts of those to be tamed are destroyed. Also, the five wisdoms and the knowledge of suchness and allness, etc., all kinds of wisdom appear in different ways, all of which are inseparable from the one nature of the self-born wisdom great bindu. Fourth, in terms of praising qualities: It is the king of wrathful ones and so on. With the wrathful activity of subduing the wicked, he becomes the king who controls those to be tamed. From the great cloud of the arising of qualities, the great rain of compassion of the mandala of the wrathful one who tames is emitted, therefore, for any who should be tamed, his emanation mandala never runs out, like a wish-fulfilling jewel satisfying needs, like a treasure of jewels, the things done appear in various ways, all the wrathful appearances in the form of the great mudra body, all abide in the same nature great bindu of the great wisdom wrathful one. Fifth, in terms of praising activities: It is all the maras and so on. Without abandoning the nature of the four maras, but controlling them, is the great lord glorious Heruka. Also, destroying the maras at the end of the armies of the four maras, that is, the hosts of maras with the habits of the two obscurations. And by threatening and frightening the hosts of fear such as maras and yamas, hence he is the great terror, immensely powerful, the incomparable blood-drinking hosts, their nature is all dharmakaya, free from elaboration, great bindu, of the same nature. Second, in general, praising the support and the supported: It is the great vajra rock and so on. The bodies of all the deities of the blood-drinking mandala, like a great vajra rock, without birth or death, without change or transformation, hence they are firm, the support of all great qualities. Speech and qualities are like the water of vajra, able to gather all those to be tamed, and moisten and satisfy their minds with great bliss. Mind is like the fire of vajra, with the great light of compassionate wisdom, burning all conceptual thoughts.
