In its essence, all the precepts and vows of the outer and inner tantras will also be fully and completely fulfilled. Secondly, there is a general explanation and a detailed explanation of how it is assembled and purified. The first is one verse, such as the supreme, which means that in this supreme Vajrayana vow of the unsurpassed secret mantra, all the precepts of the Hearers, which are established by the power of taming, and the vows of the Bodhisattvas and the outer and inner secret mantras, all the immeasurable merits are gathered here in the form of complete fulfillment, and because there is no subtle fault, it is pure. If all the vows are summarized, they can be summarized into three vows: Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Vidyadhara. Although these three seem to be contradictory, in terms of the fusion of their essence and the transformation of their abode, the two, Pratimoksha and Bodhisattva, are integrated into the mantra vow and purified. How is it integrated? The two, Pratimoksha and Bodhisattva, each have a counter-division of ordinary appearance and attachment that is not captured by the method of great equality. By means of eradication, Pratimoksha counteracts the harm to others as the root, and the Bodhisattva vow counteracts the division of entering into benefiting others. These two are complete in the skillful means of effortlessly accomplishing the benefit of others in the great equality of the mantra vow, and are transformed into the substance of the mantra vow in the form of material increase. It is also said that if you abide in the Mahayana vow, all the vows of the lower taming vows can be accomplished without protection, so you are a monk, a Bodhisattva, a yogi, and a great yogi. So it is said. The second has four parts: how to gather and purify the abandonment of killing, taking what is not given, lying, and engaging in unchaste conduct. The first is one verse, such as existence and non-existence, which means that in the ultimate truth, all dharmas do not cling to the extreme of existence and permanence or the extreme of non-existence and annihilation, nor do they cling to the Middle Way that is free from both. However, in the relative truth, although it appears as if a magical person kills a bewildered sentient being, at the time of appearance, the life to be cut off is not truly established, so the concept of the killer and the killed is not established, so in reality there is nothing to be cut off. Clinging to life and the person who possesses it is a false concept.
