Having liberated through realization, it is self-liberation. Then, liberating others through compassion means that the wisdom that grasps the realization that the liberator and the liberated are non-dual is wisdom. In this state, beings whose minds are ignorant of the meaning of cause and effect, whose minds have become hardened like fields, who transmigrate in the lower world of existence, feeling compassion for these beings, through the gate of skillful means and great compassion, the consciousness of those to be liberated should be liberated into the non-dual mind of enlightenment, into the realm of dharma. Secondly, with the two lines beginning with "embracing," the father and mother embrace without duality, and with the great offering of bliss, the sun and moon, the mind of enlightenment, are equally united, and the yogi himself is pleased and satisfied with the play of bliss. By spreading the minute particles of the mind of enlightenment throughout space, all the Tathagatas are pleased, and all beings are also satisfied, and they are made equal in taste in the co-emergent wisdom of great bliss. Thirdly, with the two lines beginning with "equal," realizing that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are equal in nature, the great substance for accomplishing siddhis, these five nectars, I offer as a pure offering of the three circles to the assembly that is non-dual and equal to my own wheel of vows and the mandala of the wisdom deities. Fourthly, with the three lines beginning with "food," foods such as meat, things to be eaten such as fruits, things to be drunk such as tea and alcohol, light, soft, and smooth clothes, and also all appearances endowed with the five objects of desire, the enjoyments of gods and humans, are completely pure as gods and goddesses, and the way to offer them is: to the object of offering, the assembly of deities of the mandala of wisdom, the offering is the mandala of desire goddesses, offered in a way that merges into one taste in non-dual great bliss. Secondly, the result of offering is twofold: common and supreme. First, with the one verse beginning with "ten directions," even the great qualities of the Sugatas who have passed away for the benefit of beings in the ten directions and four times are not to be found elsewhere than in self-awareness and realization, or rather, they do not come from elsewhere, let alone worldly accomplishments, the qualities arising from the power of gods and demons. Secondly, the yogi

Ra etc. is one verse. Any yogi who has realized the view and is capable of samadhi, the great mudra of the deity's body will be manifestly perfected in self-awareness, and when he has gained stability in the clarity that is not stolen by objects, and when he has no doubt or hesitation as to whether the fruit will be achieved or not, then the great accomplishment of the mandala of the fruit of self-nature will blaze forth. Thirdly, the merit of that which was spoken is, as it is said, etc. By the power of saying so, great joy pervades all ten directions of the six worlds with the play of clouds of offerings. Thirdly, the name is, secret, etc. This tantra has twenty-two chapters, of which this is the eighteenth chapter, which teaches the supreme and most excellent, because it offers to the Buddhas and gives to the mothers and dakinis by uncommon methods. The nineteenth chapter has three parts: history, text, and name. The first is: Then, etc. After explaining the special offerings and gifts, in order to show the order of vows, the Bhagavan, the Great Delight, especially spoke these unsurpassed great vows in order to prevent the mantra-holding yogis from falling into error and to quickly achieve the fruit, so that the effort on the path would be meaningful. Secondly, the text has two parts: the reality of the vow and its merits. The first has seven parts: the greatness of the vow, the general statement of the categories, the faults and merits of the vow of equality, the faults of breaking the vow, the nature of the vow, the detailed explanation of the categories of the vow, and the merits of not breaking it. The first has two parts: the greatness of the vastness of the field of activity and the totality of all disciplines and restraints. The first is: In the unsurpassed vehicle Etc. is one verse. Anyone who has the confidence of realization and familiarity, abiding in the vow of great equality is definitely in the unsurpassed vehicle. If one has attained it, then one can enjoy all the five poisons of affliction and all the actions produced by them, but like a magician enjoying the enjoyment of illusion, although it appears to be enjoyed, there is no attachment to it. Therefore, on top of not accumulating obstacles and habitual tendencies, the two accumulations will be perfected, so that the action
