The Tenth Chapter from the Tantra of the Gathering of the Intentions of All the Sugatas. Then, expressing the gathering of the vows and conduct of all the Buddhas: The view pervades like the sky. Mind, Dharma, and sky are all-encompassing, pervading and spreading to all. Therefore, all the phenomena of the mind do not stray from the state of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), and if there is no deterioration from great bliss, desires arise like the earth. Likewise, in all the phenomena of the mind, by straying from oneself in Buddhahood itself, if there is no duality, time, or continuity, conduct is like a great river. Appearance is the same as non-appearance, existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, happiness and suffering, good and bad, clean and unclean, happiness and suffering, etc., are originally the enjoyment of Kuntuzangpo, and in whatever one does not fixate on cleanliness or impurity, and in whatever there is no conceptualization, if one enjoys bliss without enlightenment, then the actions of the Buddhas are not mistaken, and whatever one does is without fault. The wisdom of bliss is self-arisen. No matter how one acts, flowers grow. By practicing without abandoning, one becomes a Buddha. For example, like a Chakravartin (universal monarch), even if one engages in faults, virtues appear. Wherever the enjoyment of the mind arises, there is not a single one that is not a Buddha. Some have the nature of ministers, and because they do not know the conduct of the mind, with words of dissipation such as afflictions, they constantly go to the eight sufferings. Thus, for those who have strayed, upon hearing this definitive conduct, like darkness and light, faults themselves appear as virtues. The conceptual conduct of Bodhicitta is the nature of Dharma because it is peaceful and subdued, and it is equality because it is in harmony with others. The Bodhicitta that does not conceptualize in anything, because there is no distinction between self and other, does not grasp as self, does not grasp as ego. Because there is no duality of faults and virtues, it neither abandons faults nor possesses virtues. Because one knows all phenomena as like the sky, it pervades all without inherent existence. Because one conceptualizes everything as Bodhicitta, it is spontaneously accomplished without birth or death. Because all phenomena are originally immutable, it transcends the meaning of all three times. In the nature of great nectar, there is no dependence on the means of practice. Whatever one practices in the phenomena of Samsara, one is not bound but liberated, completing the two accumulations. It is the adornment of Kuntuzangpo himself, complete in the five qualities of desire and enjoyment. Because unwavering Samadhi is the adornment, by practicing, one becomes a supreme Siddha (accomplishment). It is also called nectar.

Therefore, act accordingly. The teachings of afflictions, suffering, and cyclic existence, are like a dream, like the sky, pervading like the horizon. Karma and its maturation do not change. All phenomena, internal and external, are from the beginning Samantabhadra. If you know that the three times are without change, then that is also called Buddha. This is the conduct of Samantabhadra, the conduct of realizing Bodhicitta, and the conduct of the Buddhas of the three times. There is nothing that is not included in this meaning. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Gathering of the Intentions of All the Tathagatas, the eleventh chapter. Then, proclaiming the activities of all the Buddhas: Buddhas and sentient beings are non-dual. In order to cut off wrong paths and deviations, whatever activities the Buddhas perform, they are called complete activities. The complete activity of the Buddhas is that if you know that faults themselves are virtues, then cyclic existence itself is nirvana. Everything is spontaneously accomplished without being abandoned. The nature of reality, the nature of mind, the nature of space, are inseparable, and their essence is equality. Therefore, conditioned phenomena are also like that. No one has made or fabricated them. It is not dependent on causes, conditions, or karma. Everything is uncreated and good from the beginning. From clarity like the sky, self-awareness and wisdom arise in the sky. Undefiled, unmoving dharma.
