On blood, poison, or large bones, If an effigy of the enemy is made, The Buddhas and Vajrasattva, Will quickly be carried away by male and female rakshasas. To the enemies who harm the victorious ones, Having summoned them with wrath and ferocity, If done by a learned and skilled master, According to his mind, they will surely die. Rākṣasas, rākṣasīs, assembly of wrathful ones, Wrathful, turbulent, unbearable, Perform the ritual of the wrathful meditation. If the practice of that meditation is done, Even those with Buddha's wisdom will die. When the methods of subjugation arise, The forms of eagles, crows, owls, wrathful ones.
