I, the great one, have declared this supreme empowerment. Outer empowerment and inner empowerment, accomplishment empowerment and secret empowerment, king's empowerment and royal succession empowerment, listening empowerment and karma empowerment, heat-holding empowerment and ging empowerment, offering empowerment and liberating empowerment, abiding in great meditation empowerment, may these be bestowed excellently. The vessel for empowerment is also like this: one who is faithful and greatly reverent, one who gives without attachment to anything, palanquin and walking elephant, wealth and women, the best of riches, one who is without attachment to anything and possesses emptiness, to this one, bestow the supreme empowerment. Empowerment of power and empowerment of benefit, mudra substances and essence are given. Proclaiming and offering with sound, with this pure Dharma-nature nectar stream, may the royal parents be offered and fulfilled. This supreme teaching of the Victorious Ones, the supreme one that arises from the wondrous secret command, the glory of the increasing black Moon Secret, this great supreme one of increasing qualities, I entrust to you, Vajrapani. The secret command that is superior to others, the secret that arises from body, speech, and mind, the supreme guide of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, the glory of drying up Samsara, I entrust to you, Vajrapani.
