然后说道： “唉，各位亲近的弟子们，不要那样胡思乱想！以前我与业的余续相关联，各位亲近的弟子们遇到那些善知识，因此知晓了业。知晓了生。见到了业。见到了生。业显现了。生显现后，自己对自己的业深信不疑。 无论何时，只要一刹那间见到大乐的雍仲宫殿，就像那些妇女们被怀孕的痛苦所逼迫时，心中想着这痛苦只是因为先前亲近并多加享用的业而已一样，我也是对业深信不疑，就像从陡峭的山顶滚落的瀑布无法阻挡一样，被巨大的痛苦的力量所推动而发出极其痛苦的呻吟。亲近的弟子们，你们也要牢记自己的业啊！痛苦的力量会像瀑布一样滚落的。”说完，他哭得泪如雨下，极其悲伤，完全表达了痛苦之情，如下所示： 大慈大悲的世尊金刚萨埵！ 无垢的、海螺色的、极其美妙的形象啊！ 清净光明的、如百万日月般舒展的！ 勇猛的、光芒万丈、闪闪发光的！ 被三界称为导师。 是三界众生唯一的亲人。 慈爱的怙主，请您垂听我的祈祷！ 我从无始以来，迷失正道，在轮回中漂泊。 以前因邪恶的行为而犯错。 对所造的罪业深感后悔。 增长和傲慢的业力是如此强大，以至于我沉溺于轮回的苦海中。 嗔恨的火焰焚烧着我的自续。 愚痴的黑暗遮蔽了智慧。 意识沉溺于欲望的泥潭中。 强烈的我慢之山压迫着我堕入恶趣。 嫉妒的狂风使我在轮回中迷失方向。 紧紧地系缚着我执的绳索。 堕入欲望如火坑般的深渊。 剧烈的痛苦如无尽的雨水般降下。 这样的痛苦极其难以忍受， 罪恶的业力如火焰般燃烧， 意识和感官的幼苗正在遭受煎熬， 如果虚幻的蕴身都无法忍受， 慈爱的怙主啊！

Then he said, "Alas, dear close disciples, do not think like that! In the past, I was connected with the continuation of karma, and all the dear close disciples met those spiritual friends, so they knew karma. They knew birth. They saw karma. They saw birth. Karma manifested. After birth manifested, they became convinced of their own karma. Whenever, in an instant, they saw the Yungdrung Palace of great bliss, just as those women who are threatened by the suffering of pregnancy think that this suffering is only because of the karma of having previously approached and enjoyed it so much, I too am convinced of karma, just as a waterfall rolling down from the top of a steep mountain cannot be stopped, I am driven by the power of great suffering and utter extremely painful groans. Dear disciples, you too must remember your own karma! The power of suffering will roll down like a waterfall." After saying this, he cried with tears streaming down his face, extremely sad, and fully expressed his suffering, as follows: Great compassionate Lord Vajrasattva! Immaculate, conch-colored, supremely beautiful form! Pure and radiant, like a million suns and moons spreading out! Heroic, blazing with a thousand rays of light, shining brightly! Known as the teacher by the three realms. The only friend of all beings in the three realms. Loving protector, please listen to my prayer! From beginningless time, I have been lost on the wrong path, wandering in the cycle of existence. In the past, I erred by engaging in evil deeds. I deeply regret all the sins I have committed. The power of growing and arrogant karma is so strong that I am sinking into the ocean of suffering of samsara. The fire of hatred burns my own lineage. The darkness of ignorance obscures wisdom. Consciousness sinks into the mire of the ocean of desire. The mountain of intense pride presses me down into the lower realms. The whirlwind of jealousy distracts me in samsara. I am bound by the tight knot of self-grasping. I fall into the abyss of desire like a pit of fire. Intense suffering falls like endless rain. Such suffering is extremely unbearable, The powerful force of sinful karma burns like fire, The sprouts of consciousness and senses are being tormented, If even the illusory body of aggregates cannot bear it, Loving protector!

请您宽恕我吧！我因愚昧无知而造下深重罪孽。 因业力所致，转生于欲界鲁扎。 既已转生，深感后悔，对业力彻底失望。 虽已失望后悔，然业力之果无法改变， 业力之势如江河奔流不息。 业力之水流，顷刻间难以逆转。 一切果报皆由自身业力所生。 因业力红色飓风的摧残， 我从久远以前无数劫起， 在轮回的黑暗监狱中徘徊。 因近侍您慈悲的加持， 彻底清净了业力与烦恼的障碍， 如今得以安坐于如母般慈爱的尊前。 如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般光彩夺目的， 慈悲的容颜，百看不厌。 从无始以来，因无明障翳， 如盲人不见水泡般。 众生之怙主您如今身在何处？ 业力猛烈，难以忍受， 极其恐惧，毛骨悚然，极度害怕， 发出恳切哀痛的悲鸣， 发出可怜无助的哭喊。 慈悲的怙主若不在此垂念， 何时死亡来临，身体分离之时， 与亲友眷属分离，被阎罗狱卒带走， 那时世间亲人不会消亡， 唯有我等因业力独自被带走。 届时我将无依无靠， 不要拖延到未来， 现在就请您显现，赐予加持吧！ 对于像我这样被业力折磨的众生， 从无始以来就颠倒错乱， 未能从三界轮回中解脱， 在无数劫的漫长岁月中， 无数次取舍有质碍的身体， 堆积的血肉骨骸与世界等同， 积聚的脓血如浩瀚大海。 积累的业债，不可思议，难以言说。 纵然历经三界，无数次生死轮回， 所作所为皆无意义，白白浪费。 在无数次的生命中， 哪怕仅仅一次的生命， 为了无上菩提而精进修持， 那么所做的一切都将有意义， 早已证得究竟涅槃。 然业力强大，烦恼炽盛， 取舍血肉之躯，在轮回中漂泊， 堕入难以忍受痛苦的生存牢笼， 遭受无尽的剧烈痛苦。

Please forgive me! Due to my ignorance, I have committed grave sins. Due to the force of karma, I was born in the Desire Realm of Rudra. Having been born, I deeply regret it, and I am utterly disappointed with karma. Although I am disappointed and regretful, the effects of karma cannot be changed. The force of karma is like the flow of a river. The flow of karmic water cannot be reversed in an instant. All consequences arise from one's own karma. Due to the destruction of the red hurricane of karma, I have wandered in the dark prison of samsara for countless eons since long ago. Through the blessings of your compassion, O close one, I have completely purified the obscurations of karma and afflictions, And now I sit before the feet of the one who is as loving as a mother. Your compassionate face, shining like the sun and radiant like the moon, Is never tiring to behold. From beginningless time, due to the blindness of ignorance, Like a blind person not seeing a water bubble, Where are you, the protector of beings, now? The force of karma is intense and unbearable, I am extremely frightened, my hair stands on end, and I am terrified, Uttering this lament of heartfelt pain, And making a cry of helpless suffering. If the compassionate protector does not consider me here, When will death come, when the body separates, Separated from relatives and friends, and taken away by Yama's messengers, At that time, worldly relatives will not perish, But I alone will be taken away due to karma. At that time, I will have no protector or refuge, Do not delay until the future, But show yourself now and grant your blessings! For beings like me who are tormented by karma, Having been confused and mistaken from beginningless time, I have not been liberated from the cycle of the three realms, In countless eons of long ages, I have taken and discarded countless material bodies, The accumulated flesh and bones are equal to the world, The accumulated pus and blood are like a vast ocean. The accumulated karmic debts are inconceivable and indescribable. Even though I have traversed the three realms and undergone countless births and deaths, All my actions have been meaningless and wasted. In so many countless lifetimes, If I had diligently practiced even in just one lifetime, For the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, Then all that I had done would have been meaningful, And I would have already attained ultimate nirvana. But the power of karma is strong, and the afflictions are intense, I have taken a body of flesh and blood and wandered in samsara, Falling into the prison of existence, where suffering is unbearable, Enduring endless and intense suffering.
