At that time, all sentient beings will become extremely lazy and distracted. Due to extreme distraction and laziness, they will fall into unfavorable circumstances. Then, they will reappear and become a kalpa of three kalpas. In the past, what occurred before, the great and eternal, in the sutras of the Tathagata, the state of beings occurred before. At that time, all sentient beings will become extremely ignorant and deluded. Due to extreme ignorance and delusion, they will fall into the state of ignorant animals. To you, the most supreme. The towns, lakes, canals, plains, ghee islands, palm-like peaks, the Himalayas, the peak with the iron sky in the land of Lanka, known as the ruler of Lanka, the king of Rakshasas, who is a disciple of the one called Buddha Shakyamuni, whose power and abilities are extraordinary and amazing, whose wisdom is complete, whose methods are like the ocean, arising like clouds, who is known as great in the world, and that hungry ghost bird-winged one, extremely agitated, burning in the fire of Rudra, with his own magical powers and flying."

The powerful one leaped and landed on the mountaintop, proclaiming in an arrogant and fierce voice, "Rudra Matra Mara Tra." The towns of Lanka (Sri Lanka) shook violently, and all the lords of Lanka and all the Rakshasa women were terrified. "Alas, what is this? Eyes filled with fear, trembling incessantly. We have seen and heard a fierce and wrathful being with the wings of a Yaksha bird standing in our territory." Then, the great lord of Lanka and other Rakshasa hosts gathered an army and tried to destroy it. However, that being with the wings of a Rakshasa bird manifested a miraculous act called "Rakshasa Host's Languor," saying, "I am the Great Lord, the Four Great Kings are my servants, the eight classes of gods and demons are my slaves, I am the possessor of the secret lord, who can rival me?" With the proclamation of the arrogant and fierce voice of "Rudra Matra Mata Tra," the Rakshasas were suppressed and their morale was low. Some Rakshasas proclaimed, "This will surely conquer the Rakshasa realm, he is worthy of being our leader." Others proclaimed, "This will surely destroy the world, he will become our enemy." Still others proclaimed, "This is the Great Lord of the world." Still others proclaimed, "This is the lord of the assembly of Dakinis." The Rakshasa king, the lord of Lanka, said, "This is the son belonging to the Bhuta (འབྱུང་པོའི་བུ་གཏོགས།), named Desiring (འདོད་ཅན།), except for himself, the three realms are afraid. He is the evil assembly lord who destroys everything and controls everything. No one can conquer him. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are his nemesis, they created the emanation Vajrapani to subdue him, and established the sacred oath. Because a correct prophecy says that the sacred oath of the secret mantra concerning him, the great vehicle, the wonderful Dharma, will surely appear in the world. We will also become his servants, see the face of Vajradhara Buddha, and obtain the sacred oath of the secret mantra, so we must desire him." After being admonished in this way, the Rakshasa hosts rejoiced and, without disobeying any of their leader's words, desired him in this way.
