The majesty as vast as the sky, the majesty of virtues like a precious jewel, the majesty like a great mandala of activities. These lords of activities are perfected by twelve majesties. What are they? They are as follows: The majesty of a large body and coarse limbs, the majesty of numerousness and conformity to conditions, the majesty of being worthy of respect and regarded as primary, the majesty of special integration and agreement with the mind, the majesty of a loud voice filling the three thousand worlds, the majesty of quick words cutting off doubts, the majesty of showing oneself what is needed daily, the majesty of seeing special qualities, the majesty of vastness without hope or fear, the majesty of clarity abandoning both extremes, the majesty of compassion and the fulfillment of vows, the majesty of subduing without ignorance by skillful means, the majesty of being non-existent and not knowing exhaustion, the majesty of showing a thousand wishes in one, the majesty of turning harm into benefit, the majesty of being omniscient and not tainted by faults, the majesty of not being arrogant and enjoying humility, the majesty of not forgetting for a long time in samsara, the majesty of constantly being a protector and refuge, the majesty of spontaneously accomplishing the intention. It is as follows: As the Dharma King who is not timid, the sign of obtaining great power, the sign of enjoying great humility, the sign that no army can make him timid, the sign of obtaining long-term rule, the sign of overwhelming anything else with strength, the sign of moving impermanently by miraculous powers, the sign of possessing inexhaustible treasures. The sign of the Lord of Lanka obtaining great power is as follows: That is, he is fully endowed with the ten powers. What are the ten powers? They are the powers over birth, resources, aspirations, miraculous powers, Dharma, wisdom, mind, life, actions, and wishes. What is the sign of the Lord of Lanka enjoying great humility?
