If you see the definite meaning, gradual practice is like deception. Even with just faith in that, one can overwhelm the three realms. What need is there to mention becoming the Dharmadhatu? For example, lion cubs and Garuda eggs, even if taken away before their eyes are open, everyone will be afraid, like eggs or city walkers. Once that is definitely determined, even if they enter other worlds, in that sacred position, they will not be afraid of anything. Acting gradually with characteristics, and the differences of non-existence, having a target, not having a target, accomplishing, and proceeding, causing one to think there is nothing, those foolish people will be empty, how can they be sure of being sacred? Like the last child of a wild animal, it is the nature of fear and panic. The nature of all limitless phenomena, how it abides, unadorned and not inverted, is determined in suchness itself. Just as the great Garuda soars in the sky, using the power of its wings to fly in the sky, even the boundless mountains, rocks, and rivers are all contained under the waves of flight. Yogis, Dharmata, Dakinis, although there are limitless realms of practice of the vehicle, if in the meaning of non-fabrication, it is determined by the waves of position. This is the certainty of cutting off hope and doubt, and it is especially important to cherish the cutting off of the position of viewing the sacred itself. Friends, know that those are deliberating to completely cut off the land. Having said that, the inferior ones attained the position of cutting off without hope or doubt. In the great sutra that gathers the intentions of all Buddhas, the chapter called "Completely Cutting Off Doubt" is the seventy-second chapter. Then, the Lord of Secrets said to the inferior ones: Friends, what should be strived for is this: In the gathering of all sacred intentions, the main entry is meditation, just like a Chakravartin, meditation is the control of all phenomena. This great yogi's meditation, like poison and darkness turning into gold, meditation is the control of everything. Therefore, practice sacred meditation. If this meditation is lacking, like a neck stone in the ocean, even if countless doors are closed, it is meaningless, and the core is dried up. The meditation of the great yogi, in suchness itself, places the unadorned mind.

Without distraction, there is no birth or cessation. The noble yogi knows it as it is. The nature of mind is just that. Suchness is unobservable. The fundamental all-knowing Alaya. Why is it unmade and unaltered? Self-arisen suchness is proclaimed. All that appears in all ways, The entering consciousness is just a moment. Why does everything appear and enter? It is said that everything appears inside and out. The arrangement of the cause, The entering consciousness is the five senses. Since everything is arranged as the cause of what, It is said that everything is the cause of arising. What is the noble intention? It is not emptiness, nor is it clinging to permanence. The central channel is without characteristics, and all phenomena are clear. Neither existent nor nonexistent, it transcends even actions. Where is the feeling not coarse? What is stopped is the realm of children. This is where those with perverted desires are lost. Scattered and unrestrained, they cling to one object. Where are all views purified? Depending on self-grasping, they establish extremes. Thinking that there is no going because of non-existence, They immediately go to the lower realms. All small desires, Where is selflessness seen as the basis? What is stopped is having thought but no analysis. Only the first dhyana is that. From the emptiness of subtle emptiness, There are two kinds of analysis without abiding thought. Establishing certainty in emptiness, The third is joy and movement. Shown by the power of self or others, The fourth is without fault and unmoving. What exists will eventually change, What does not exist has no place and will never change. What does not exist is not seen or known. Although it cannot be found by searching, Since it will not become non-existent, Although there is no cause and effect, it is not meaningless. Like iron burned without splendor, Even if the four great elements are gone and become empty, Like that and the sky are not non-existent, That nature is not lost and does not become non-existent. The object of the six is characteristics, Since characteristics appear as real things, It cannot be reversed by placing it as desired. That emptiness is abandoned and cannot be reversed. In the nature of all minds, If one is certain with wordless view, Uncontrived, undistracted, able to endure equally. Where are effort and hope? There is no need to meditate on opposing forces. Those who abandon virtues and faults are destroyed. Where is there inseparable union? Calm abiding and insight arise from the nature of mind. Destruction does not make the sky non-existent. Wandering does not lose the mind of enlightenment. Abandoning does not abandon the infinite dharma.
