身具光彩美好者，年满十六岁之时，以加持于三处（身语意），于寂静处勤作供养。观想如来之殊胜明妃，眼等诸根。二根若能和合，则能获得佛之真实成就。观想五色光芒遍布，莲花金刚。如燃烧之月光般洁白，观想悦意之物。容颜美好，欲求利益者，若得女子，如仪轨般，勤作安乐之供养。以智慧萨埵之结合，于中央观想形相。以知咒者，如其所处，常置女子。一切庄严皆圆满，十二岁之女童，于寂静之处，尤为殊胜，修行者当恒常修持。相好圆满具足，极其贤善且容貌姣好，一切庄严皆圆满。置于怀中而作观想。以金刚萨埵之结合，女童如蓝色莲花之色。如是之相，当恒常修持。若行彼结合之仪轨，则当勤作诸业。女子之心极坚固，年满十二岁之时，善修种姓之结合，以我之精液作供养。以此乃如来之身。寻觅年轻美貌，眼睛姣好之女子。以美好之身，青春之姿所庄严，年满二十五岁者。捉拿并观察畜生之生处。容颜美好，极其美丽者，年轻具相，福德殊胜者，眼睛姣好，具足坚固之智慧者，取精液而食之。于寂静且极其悦意之处，若勤作一切结合之供养，则金刚身语意，必定于半月内成就。眉长发柔顺，身姿婀娜，心智聪慧，稳固迷恋且可调伏，身轻无碍。腰细臀圆润，上身正直且极其丰满，齿白颈长，手指纤长，白里透红，如珍宝之色。当行持具相之明妃。柔软纤细，缠绵婀娜，极其美丽，令人心仪，微笑动人，眼角含情。以白色脂粉涂抹。为持白色故而爱抚

One with a beautiful and radiant form, when reaching the age of sixteen, with blessings upon the three places (body, speech, and mind), diligently make offerings in a secluded place. With knowledge of mantras, according to the place, always keep the woman. Complete all ornaments, a girl of twelve years, especially in a secluded place, the practitioner should always practice. The characteristics are completely pure, extremely virtuous and beautiful in appearance, all ornaments are complete. Place her on the lap and meditate in various ways. In a secluded and extremely delightful place, if you diligently make all offerings of union, then the Vajra body, speech, and mind will surely be accomplished within half a month. Long eyebrows and soft hair, a graceful body and a clear mind, stable and infatuated and able to be tamed, a light body without obstacles. A slender waist and round hips, the upper body is straight and extremely full, white teeth and a long neck, slender fingers, white with a reddish hue, the color of jewels.
