Thereby it binds. It imprisons with iron chains. Having subdued with half a vajra cross, it accomplishes all actions. The mantra of the vajra weapon: Om Vishva Vajra Krodha Jvala Mandala Phat Phat. Hala Hala Hum. Vajra Ja Mantra Sumbhani. Om Bhru Hum Bhru Tru Bhru He Bhru Ha Bhru. Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum. Phat Phat Phat Phat Phat. Here the definite number is shown. Recite twenty-eight times, thus raining down the vajra weapon. Then, from the body, speech, and mind vajra of the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra, this longevity accomplishment is extracted. All these mandalas: Their size should be nine spans. Encircle completely with lines. In the center, draw a four-spoked wheel. At the center of the nine wheels, draw the Bhagavan Samantabhadra. In the east, draw Vajrasattva. In the south, draw Ratnasambhava. In the west, draw Amitabha. In the north, draw Amoghasiddhi. The outer layer is surrounded by a vajra fence. The things to be placed at the four corners are: In the east, draw Vajradhatvishvari. In the south, draw Ratnadhatvishvari. In the west, draw Padmadhatvishvari. In the north, draw Karmadhatvishvari. On the outer layer of cloth, draw four doors with door frames. The four doors are the same as other mandalas. They also each hold a longevity vase in their hands, all seated on lotus seats. Then, to perform the longevity empowerment, to snatch life from the hands of the black Yama, to fan life, to bind and imprison life, to subdue life, to completely extend life, to increase life, to make life long and uninterrupted by demons, to obtain the siddhi of life's body, speech, and mind, life obtains the fruit of no birth and no death, and the Dharma is naturally accomplished. Then, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra emanates countless goddesses holding iron hooks, and says: Om Bhru Vajra Ayushe Hum. Tearing apart the heart of the demon Yama, coming like ashes blown by the wind, seizing Yama by the topknot, knocking him down with a kick, placing the vajra in his heart, quickly snatching it from his hand, fanning with the longevity banner and mudra.
