The mantra practitioner should bathe, wear clean clothes, prepare nine kinds of substances, and perform the practice at that time. Milk without measure should be milked on the fourteenth day, and fresh on the fifteenth day when the moon is eclipsed. Place it on the mandala, on top of Kula and Bodhi tree leaves. Also, anoint the cow with incense water. The mantra practitioner should press his hand on the milk from the cow that has eaten clean grass. If the milk turns into yogurt, it is a sign of accomplishment. By drinking that yogurt, one will transform into the desired form. One will become handsome, like a sixteen-year-old prince. Miraculous powers, even flying into the sky, will be accomplished. By attending upon previous accomplished ones, one will accomplish the vidyadhara.
